感谢楼住通风报信。我的猎靴已经不少年头了,正考虑进双新的备用。虽然没有打猎款
on sale,不过价格不错。我进了双Army Kinetic GTX。我以前的猎靴是Danner
Prohorn GTX。
GTX,Gore-Tex,可以防水,我在溪流里行走过,只要水位不高过鞋帮,里面可以保持干
燥。只是我现在的靴子穿了6-7年,表面磨损,Gore-tex和防水层被破坏,会漏水。这
也是我需要进双新的缘故。
上面网站,只有Army Kinetic款号还全,其他都是最大或最小号。这款鞋,我没试穿过
,舒适程度我没有疑问,只是鞋底的纹路稍微柔弱了点,这是唯一不足。

不好,怎么吃也不会胖,热量消耗还特别大,这个时候运动减肥的效果特别好。月经周
期的生理变化确实会对能量消耗产生影响,但利用它来减肥?可没有听上去那么美好。
流言: 减肥也有“生理周期”!月经第14天左右热量消耗是平时的两倍,此时期消化
吸收功能不好,故可以吃高热量的东东也不会胖。月经结束后的一周是减肥超快期,在
这期间节食加运动特别效果更好。
真相: 月经是正常排卵的未孕女性例行的约会,在整个月经周期内女性体内的雌激素
和孕激素的水平都会有很大的变化。对于多数月经周期规则正常的女性来说,自月经第
1日至卵泡发育成熟(大约2周后)是卵泡期,体内孕激素水平仍保持低水平,但雌激素
水平逐渐升至最高,为排卵做好准备。排卵日大概在月经来潮的第14天。排卵日至下次

我的理解:
Arm is your anchor, holds the water, not the power source of your stroke.
In tennis Arm is just holds and guide the racquet and the power is coming
from your core rotation.
Power is from:
Arm in swimming is like arm in tennis. If you see beginner playing tennis,
they only use their arm, facing the net during the whole swing, do not
engage core, once they get better they started using rotation engage core,

不过你说的这个kinetic chain的问题我现在体会不到,没准等我把右手主动下降和提
高击球点两项

来听听偶平民派的解释吧。偶最恨术语了。
kinetic chain,说白了就是两种:
1)要么你身体很柔软,弯腰、屈膝、挠背、wrist snap, Pronation, 样样
精通还不受伤,那么你现在这个form就可以实现kinetic chain。根据你的
描述,不现实。
2)要么你发球动作要一气呵成,不要先trophy pose。举例来说就是要学习
Sampras, 不要学习Soderling.

right now from your video, you have problems in transferring your weight,
opening up your shoulder too early. Those are all parts of kinetic chain.
So if you really want to hit a good open stance forehand, you need to
establish good kinetic chain motion, i.e., foot -> hip/waist -> shoulder ->
arm. Otherwise, it does not feel right.

我觉得像素和多边形这些不会是最重要因素,比较蓝光取代DVD,就没有DVD取代VCD/磁
带那么撤底,主要就是画面精细程度到了一定阈值,边际效用递减。VCD到DVD是"WOW!"
, DVD到蓝光是"wow."
最主要是革命性的输入输出人机界面,wii/move/kinetic是这方面很好的尝试,下一代
主机应该在这方面有重大突破。
反正下一代还远着,move/kinetic看样子至少还准备撑个两三年。

ChE is doing much research on many other disciplines.
As an example, ChE + biology ---> system biology, e.g., to study the
kinetic networks in a bio-system, or to optimize the production efficiency in a bio-system. Some people refer the later as "Metabolic Engineering".
This kind of research in complex system kinetics is very mature in ChE but
very useful in emerging fields.
Some other example includes the heat and mass transfer in some small systems

个人认为thermo比较乏味的。transport有部分可以包括在thermo里面。静态平衡的话
还是化学内容。化工是要更多考虑非平衡和流动的。还是transport喝kinetics比较有
意思。当然thermo是基础。核心知识应该是transport和kinetics。

Well, sure, Arrehnius equation is used in kinetics, but the origin of the
equation is based on thermodynamics. The exponential dependence on the
transition state Gibbs free energy comes from the assumption that the
transition state and the ground state are at thermo-equilibrium.
Thermo事实上在ChemE里面还蛮基础的,即使在transport的大多方程都是假设
thermoequilibrium推出来的(microscopic derivation),理论上说,transport
equations只适用于near thermoequlibrilium. 还有phase transition,heat
capacity这些concepts都是来自于thermoydnamics.

小妹是从隔壁土木版奔过来的,要考注册,有环境的内容,这个问题折磨我很久了,求
各位大侠解救。
一共两道题,都是关于求解BOD的,给的条件基本一致,
四张图片由上至下分别是第一,二题的问题和第一,二题的答案。这是我的推理,请大
家验证下我的概念有没有错误。
第一道题是已知第一天和第六天污水中氧的浓度,求BOD5,即第一阶段需氧量动力学公
式里的Yt=L(1-e-k1t)左边的项Yt,根据BOD的定义,只要两个值相减再乘以稀释系数就
行了。
第二题也同样已知第一天和第三天的氧气在污水中浓度,求ultimate BOD,我对照
reference手册和Lindeburg书,这个ultimate BOD应当是第一阶段需氧量动力学公式里
的Yt=L(1-e-k1t)右边项中的L,是第一天剩余的有机物。因为有多少有机物就能”吃掉
“多少的BOD,那这个L也表示第一阶段BOD的总和(或时间t轴上的最大值?)
第二题因为给出kinetic rate constant,所以已知Yt可以求L,而第一题没有给出
kinetic rate constant,所以我们只能求得Yt而不能求得L。

In most of time, the end group should be excluded from the crystalline region
and accumulated on the crystal surface because it will affect the stability of
crystals. But in some extreme case like low temp, which leads to fast
kinetics, the end group or some other defects can be trapped into the
crystalline phase. In that case, kinetics plays more important role than
thermodynamics. Those trapped defects may still have chance to be excluded
through annealing at higher temperature.

Since no money, I won't spend more time on it. But I can tell what a general
simulation goes. For example, if you want to simulate this system, you have to
consider what parameters are your input parameters, what data you want from
simulation. Then you set up kinetic equation based on those parameters. Then
you figure out a numerical way to solve this kinetic equation.
