1）票子是travel agent订的，不是amtrak.com上买的，我也可以在kiosk上打印票子么
？是不是插我自己的信用卡激活kisok的机器，然后输入agent给的itinerary上的
confirmation号码就行了？还是一定得到柜台上去找staff换票子？我知道飞机场的
kiosk是要插买票的信用卡才能打印boarding pass的，火车会不会也是这样？
2）通常要提前多久到站台登火车？和飞机一样要提前1个多小时么？
3）在dc union station那里的amtrak是不是和地铁在一个地方？

如果Kiosk扫描指纹和眼睛没问题， 会很快。
不过， 我运气不好，据工作人员称估计是指纹没扫好， 最后还是排队走了人工入境。
但是基本不用排队了 |

total), then to officer. all very fast (10 to 20 minutes) we all have
American passports. But then we spent another 40 minutes waiting for
baggages to finish customs. |

immigration. (have entered US through SFO/ORD/LAX in past 12 months, all
with kiosk first) Global entry is really not that attractive now. Unless
Global entry can get you checked baggage out first or airlines pick up
baggage for you like first-class passengers. you still are no faster than
ordinary non-first class ticket people. |

中心就是每个家庭的性别年龄组成大不相同，不能用自己的喜好给别人作推荐，所以我
一般不推荐哪个具体项目，但就一般性的吃穿住行可以给些建议。
关于fastpass，可以提前3个月就在手机APP上定好，反正随时可以更改或取消。手机上
提前定最多3个，3个全用掉后就不能再用手机定了，必须去指定kiosk排队拿下一个
fastpass。等第4个fastpass用掉后才可以再去kiosk拿下一个，依此类推。今年过年期
间我在Magic Kingdom就是这样一天拿了8个fastpass。手机上提前拿fastpass越早越好
，头3个都定在下午2点前用光即可，接下来就一个个续定了。
Disney的酒店和dining plan我觉得还是蛮值的，餐厅的味道和服务都很棒，预约是必
须的，否则根本排不上。food court的价格当然比外面的快餐店要贵一些，但是开在游
乐园里多赚一些也很正常吧，而且一份也就10来块钱，完全可以接受。毕竟是游玩度假

kiosk，没想到接连发生不顺
1。按kiosk提示输入护照扫描，机器无反应。换了一个机器，同样故障。
2。排队见柜台的agent，柜台的人说我们这里办不了，你们要去1号柜台international
去办
3。我拉着行李，媳妇抱着娃一路小跑到了1号柜台排队，见到人后，让我门去3号柜台
办理。
4。一路小跑去了3号柜台排队，见了agent后，告诉我们要去2号柜台办理
5。到了2号柜台，排队，见到了agent，告诉我们现在5PM,我不能check in你们了，因
为行李要提前一个小时check in。改到明天的票,change fee是$250/人
我说这是你们agents让我们换了好几次counter才晚的。他们说你必须提前两个小时到
机场，晚不是他们的责任，他们不承认他们多次给出柜台错误信息的错误。带着娃根他
们交涉很累，英语也说不过他们，认罚最后交了$500罚款把我俩的票改到第二天,自己
租了个旅馆。
耽误一天，还让娃跟着受罪，真堵心。芝加哥AA的人一个个都爱答不理的样子，哎

温哥华国际机场电脑系统周一发生长达3个半小时的故障，航空公司职员要用人工方式为旅客办理登机手续。今次意外恰逢圣诞日美国航班遭恐怖袭击未遂事件后，旅客需接受更严格的安检及随身携带行李限制，导致温市机场大排人龙，数万旅客受阻，延误行程。下午电脑系统恢復正常时，所有离港航班均被延误半个小时至一个小时。
温哥华国际机场发言人劳伦斯(Alana Lawrence)表示，电脑故障在周一上午9时间发生，原因尚在调查中。意外对机场运作造成严重影响，登机柜枱、航班显示屏及旅客自助登机手续办理亭(kiosk)等均无法正常运作。国际、国内及美国航班，均需由工作职员用人工方式办理登记手续，导致旅客大排长龙。

I was very excited when China first announced the Shanghai to Beijing high-
speed line; It seemed like a great and reliable way to travel between the
two cities without having to go through all the hassles at the airport.
But after the line was launched and its speed lowered for safety reasons, I
realized that flying was still cheaper, quicker, and safer. I see why the
government needs to massively subsidize their high-speed system now.

和体育场类似，坐席的出口有一圈长长的环形走廊，走廊两侧是长条形的小卖部（
kiosk），出售一些冷热食品和各种饮料，含不含酒精的都有。
我老在这小卖部里卖东西，遇到过各种奇葩事，先暂时按下不表，单说三姐的一件小事。
某天，我等临时工被大舞台安排打扫小卖部的卫生，三姐也在。 三姐不似北印那样肤
白，也不似南印那样黝黑发亮，典型的上窄下宽的印度甩饼脸，个子不高，但很壮实，
眼神闪烁，透着精明和干练。
人到齐后，工头开始分配活儿，两人一组，自愿结合，包一个小卖部。先是相熟的人组
合完毕走人，互不相熟的，剩下几个小白妞，三姐，还有我老人家。工头催促快找人，
一个小白妞要和三姐结合，三姐眼珠一转，表示要和我老人家一组。我老无所谓了，既
然三姐热情，就顺水推舟答应了。
打扫了一会卫生，看看中午了，肚子开始提意见。三姐从货架上拿了一包食品，找了个
角落，撕开包装，招手叫我老人家过去分享。
我老先是一愣，犹豫是不是违反“职业道德”，可是又不好驳了三姐的面子。转念一想

人民币。是的，2000年前的七万余人民币。但是这些咪表根本没有被使用。

我的base是上海，我觉得高铁带来最主要成就是很方便，太方便了，而且是所有人都能
承担的。
我去年第一次坐完全是临时做决定的。我是上海人，我老婆是浙江余姚人，到上海的第
一晚我们住宾馆，然后第二天午饭是我们家先一起聚一聚，然后我老婆就带着老二回余
姚娘家，我先不陪她回去。吃饭的时候因为高兴了忘记了时间，还是我表弟公司的司机
后来发调头了，说已经不可能赶上了，改签吧。后来大家一阵乱，说要不我陪她回去晚
上再回上海吧。所以我的票是我嫂子当场用手机帮我买的（我有二代身份证），我老婆
的票是司机在路上帮她改签的，用手机，很方便。
上海出发是虹桥站，就造在虹桥机场隔壁，像双子座一样。当时还是梅雨天气，没觉得
候车大厅热，乘客是巨多，先要过安检，都是有条不紊的，过了安检，就按车次找站台
就好了。候车大厅是巨大无比。时间到了过轧机，我们因为有箱子所以坐了电梯，一路
无语，4，5站路，经过杭州的，然后到了余姚站，很现代化的样子。规模也很大，很

可以用手机，我们还拍了照片比较加州和纽约入关队伍
墨西哥、中美洲回来的比较多，其次是亚洲来的，所以临时把公民、绿卡、B1,B2,
GLOBAL ENTRY, MOBILE PASSPORT全部整合成了一条线，然后就派了几个职员人工分流
到各kiosk，还是比较快的。4月份回来时还没这样。
回来就是赚钱。
