需要先天条件好才行，例如下面这个帖子：

在这个前提下，用手腕打球在动力学上是产生拍头速度的首选。换句话说：
一个正常结实的人打羽毛球扣杀会用手腕；
一个强手腕的人打网球会用手腕；
King Kong打羽毛球、网球、铅球都会用手腕。
偶也曾经举出过不少职业和业余选手里用手腕的例子：
Federer, Cilic
NCAA中大量选手（例如Bradley Klahn）
本版的zzzzz1（反手，发球）、JudieYan（发球）、asus（发球）
另外偶用Federer发球的例子说明了用手腕也可以控制方向。
偶为了赚取眼球会起一些有争议的标题，但这并不代表偶的观点就是在胡
搅蛮缠。当然偶是野路子派的，更倾向于每个人都应该找到适合自己风格
（而不是只有一种正确动作）的观点。 |

但是Div I里面感觉水平差距也很大
一周前看Bradley Klahn和Robert Farah打
感觉也不咋地
Alex Clayton就更不行
Steve Johnson感觉发球就还没有美国联合会杯陪练Kaes Van't Hof厉害
但是想想Kevin Anderson能爆掉小德
John Isner也能排到这个位置
这都是一个Div出来的人，差太远 |

常不聪明。他现在不是技术上的问题，关键是shot selection等等，不能什么球都乱发
力。 |
