为啥俺首先想到要普及“言论自由”的常识，因为言论自由非常重要性。以下是俺总结
的重要性。
◇对“基本人权”而言
在“基本人权”里面，排在第二位的是“自由权”，而言论自由是“自由权”的重要组
成部分。所以在基本人权里，“言论自由”是很重要的一块。（可能有同学会好奇：“
基本人权”里排在第一位的是啥？是“生命权”。）
关于“基本人权”的更详细介绍，可以看维基百科的“这个词条”。这里就不再多罗嗦
了。
◇对“民主制度”而言
言论自由对民主体制同样是非常重要的。“民主”的核心包括两个要点：其一是“公民
对公共事务的参与”，其二是“公民对公权力的监督”。这两个要点都离不开“言论自
由”。
有些国家虽然也搞了一人一票的直接选举，但这些国家没有很好地保障“言论自由”。
那么就有可能蜕变成“名为民主，实为专制”。
◇对“互联网时代”而言
21世纪也被称为互联网时代、信息时代。在日常生活中，基于网络的沟通越来越多，影

Ann Coulter has a new book out called "Demonic: How the Liberal Mob Is
Endangering America."
In an email interview with NewsBusters, Coulter talked about her book,
liberals, and other subjects including how the "MSM is both part of the mob
