发帖数: 322 | 1 Klebsiella is part of the normal flora in human nose, mouse and GI. You will
never get rid of it without causing severe side effect. So 1L please shut
up. If you cannot kill E coli completely, then you cannot kill Klebsiella
completely. It is the same principle.
If Klebsiella is the only thing that causes trouble, please check yourself
for other medical conditions that lowers your immune. Steroid happens to be
one of the things that could cause that. So does DM, chronic disease and so
on.

了,14年7月初做了手术,一直吃 prednisome 和 amox- clav, 洗鼻子. 之后还是有感染
,医生还是开了prednisome 和 amox- clav. 11月去查没事了, 以为没有感染了. 12月
又开始有浓痰, 15年一月 查出positive for Klebsiella oxytoca. 医生让吃
augmentin , 还用topical tobramycin. 吃augmentin 的时候没痰了,也不头疼了,上星
期吃完了. 昨天又头疼. 不知道怎么办啊.
Klebsiella oxytoca 是不是很难杀死啊, 不知道会不会引起其他部位感染. 星期一准
备打电话给医生. |

发帖数: 237 | 5 Klebsiella oxytoca克雷伯氏菌是比较顽固的细菌，容易对抗生素产生耐药性。但它对
大蒜素敏感。民间用大蒜液治鼻炎有不错的效果，大蒜的抗菌作用非常好。可将大蒜一
瓣捣烂，用少许凉开水泡浸，制成大蒜液，然后滴入每个鼻孔２到３滴(可能会有一点
刺激，开始时先用稍稀的大蒜液，慢慢适应)，再用手压几下鼻翼使鼻孔内都能粘到大
蒜液。鼻腔粘膜毛细血管丰富，大蒜素随血液传到发炎的患部，产生抗菌消炎作用。如
果怕这种菌会感染到身体的其他部位，服用大蒜液也可预防，将生蒜切碎拌在粥里吃也

Exactly what bacterial? How much allicin do you need. How much allicin each
split of garlic has. How much you can extract by putting garlic in water.
How often do you need to use it. How does it get into the sinus. Why only
one piece of garlic. Can I use two or three each time. Water soluble drug is
easily washed off and how do you maintain local concentration.

cefotetan had increased through out the years. So usually cefoxitin would be
preferred over cefotetan.
Pseodomonas coverage: ceftazidime and cefepime.
Another important thing to remember about cephalosporin is they DO NOT have
enterococcus coverage (like VRE). But if you want to go into more depth that

目前还只是一种关联分析，携带这个基因(NDM-1)的细菌（Gram-negative
Enterobacteriaceae，包括大肠杆菌，Klebsiella pneumoniae）跟多种抗性有很大关
联。但是这个基因本身只编码对于beta-lactam（一种抗生素）抗性有关的蛋白。对于
另外的抗生素该基因应该不起作用。也就是说多种抗性中的一种抗性来源于该基因，至
于其他抗性应该来源于细菌本身其他抗性基因。这种关联分析就像我们说韩国人多半眯
缝眼，但是不是眯缝眼造就了韩国人一样。
比较吓人的是这种基因可以在一种可转移性的DNA中存在，于是从一种细菌转到另外一
种细菌。这篇文章证实了这种转移的可能性，但是遗憾的是没有报道转移后是不是让另
外的细菌有了多种抗生素抗性。
稍微能安心的是毕竟还是有两种抗生素对这种多抗细菌有效，tigecycline和colistin
。所以临床上最重要的是诊断，然后对症下药。至于今后这两种救命抗生素能否继续有
效就只能祈求上苍帮忙了。

院发现院内感染到抗药性强的超级细菌，菌源来自一名希腊病人。
一名病人6月自希腊送到法国大巴黎地区玛西(Massy)市一家私人医院，他体内带有
克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌(Klebsiella Pneumoniae)，已造成18人感染。
目前已有5人死亡，但医政机关检具资料表示，这5名病患皆因心脏病亡，不是死于
这个病菌。
《巴黎人报》引述专家指出，这个原本很容易投药的病菌，3、4年来已变种，目前
可抵御各种抗菌药剂。
抗药性病菌专家亚尔雷(Guillaume Arlet)接受访问时指出，病人是通过辅助呼吸
器感染病菌，很容易在加护病房内传染，症状如同院内感染肺炎，医院须对病患进行隔

生素.第
二次尿检，第一次的感染菌没了，但又发现一种新的细菌ENTEROCOCCUS FAECALIS,说是
low
grade infection, 但还是给我吃了一个星期的第二种种抗生素，第三次尿检，无法消
灭这种新的细
菌，就换了第三种抗生素吃一个星期（每天两粒），之后每天一粒，说要吃到生，预防
肾脏出问题导致
早产。第四次尿检，还是无法消灭这个细菌。结果是自动发给我的，医生还没和我联系。
姐妹们有过类似经历吗？很担心啊。 |

我母亲从国内过来明州探亲，才不到两个月，突然开始发烧，严重至休克。现在确诊为

We give keflex based on culture susceptibility. Most cultures grow E.coli.
Sometimes it grows Klebsiella. And they are sensitive to cefazolin. Dosing
based on MIC makes sense.
