Many of you are aware of the recall election being held in Wisconsin. There,
leftists and union thugs throughout the state are trying to oust the only
recently elected Republican Governor, Scott Walker. But something many don’
t realize is that Walker’s Lt. Governor, Rebecca Kleefisch, is also under
recall in this needless and expensive re-do of the 2010 elections.

常人印象中战斗机飞行员都要求几乎完美的身体素质，近视眼曾然很多有志于空军的年
轻人望而止步。然而美军不仅做过近视手术的人可以靠飞行员，甚至可以带着近视眼镜
开战斗机！
最著名的就是美国空军越南战争的2号王牌Jeffrey Feinstein就是个近视眼，是F-4“
鬼怪”战斗机的前座飞行员，战争中取得过5个战果，后因为近视加重，才配近视眼镜
。但此后依然戴着近视眼镜飞了几年“鬼怪”，再往后当领导了，比如指挥E-3“望楼
”预警机参加过“海湾战争”，1996年退役。
所以，美军战斗机部队主观上不排斥近视眼镜（Eye glasses），条令上也一直允许，
而客观上飞行装具在设计上也兼容戴框架眼镜开战机，比如在飞行头盔里面戴着墨镜开
战斗机已比比皆是，接触镜(Contact lenses)更没问题。
反而对于时兴的近视角膜手术PRK/LAISK，却规定非常谨慎，根据美海军航空兵飞行员
身体标准：
1、首先为认为框架眼镜和接触镜是没问题的（NCD）
2、角膜近视手术是不合格的！——但是，有一系列“豁免条款”。细看，无非是要在
