前几天 有SHOP YOUR WAY REWARD POINTS。 想用点在KMART买了个东西，结果下了单，
发现全用CREDIT CARD付款的。 KMART要CANCEL ORDER，连客服电话都没有，包括ORDER
CONFIRMATION。 CUSTOMER SERVICE提供的联系都不是CANCEL ORDER用的。结果只能马
上ONLINE CHAT， 结果人家说， 不能取消ORDER了。 其实信用卡上记录是第二天
CHARGE的。说只能我DISPUTE CHARGE才能拿回钱，我的点才能用。
我收到了，然后和CREDIT CARD打电话，结果是告诉我， 东西收到了， 没法DISPUTE。
只能退。。我想，那就退吧。 去网站，选退货，或者送回到店里也可以，结果:

发帖数: 1428 | 27 1月初在kmart上买了几个东西，600块。然后要打电话来verify order，那就verify好
了。
没想到接线员小二口气很Nice,说马上put through我的order，东西会马上寄出来。
结果刚挂电话，order就给cancel了。
那就算了，结果没想到credit card被charge了。联系客服，一会儿说要会返钱到我信
用卡，一会儿说会寄check给我。
想想幸好用的是amex，dispute算了，并且把cancel order email付上了。
结果今天收到amex的信，说不会把credit返给我，因为kmart早在一月24号就寄了张
check给我。。。
哪里有什么check啊。。。。
请问我接下来该干嘛，是联系kmart还是amex。实在是太气愤了，amex也是实在太贱了
吧？求支招 |
