左右折返跑,急停,屈膝,发球蹬腿,对膝盖的伤害是非常大的,致命的是膝盖软组织
的损毁是somewhat不可逆的。如何更好地保护膝盖,我抛砖引玉一下,希望同鞋门提供
好的建议和方法。
(一) 预防
1 打球之前,做够warm-up。

down in smaller steps. I had the same problem. I had sharp pain just above
the left knee cap when I bend the left knee. To cope with it, I use the
left leg to step down a rock first and lift the right leg (hence bending
the right knee) to come off the rock, all done with the help of hiking
poles, of course. It got so bad after a hike that I had to walk down a
flight of stairs backward.

thing I noticed with my left knee, apart from the swelling (not very obvious
, actually now i am not 100% sure it's swollen), is the feeling of tightness

Basically, you want to limit the movement of your knee caps, b/c misalignment of knee cap is the cause and strengthen the muscle around knee is the cure. Good luck. |

It is also helpful in my case.
However, it doesn't solve the runner's knee pain problem.
I just live with it.
In my case, only way to get rid of knee pain is to stop running.
I have tried few times, each time I stopped running for over a week, knee

However, I cannot live without running, so.. just live with knee pain. |

abusive on the knees and ankles than soccer. The soccer, even golf, make
harder impact on knees. My golf buddy developed knee problem, so did Tiger.
My knee was getting better when I play less soccer and more running.
The knee protection helps, I used one that have the metal hinges. Nimbus or
Kayano helps. MoveFree helps. One hard lesson I learned is to keep the
mileage and speed in check. |

1)knee bend 的时机:你toss 时全身,包括腿都随球一起往上lift, 而且重心
完全转移到了前腿,在球到最高点时你才开始bend knee, 我觉得有点晚了。我觉得
在toss 球出手时,重心应该在两腿中间,并且开始bend knee, 在球到最高点时,
knee bend应该到位了,这样你就有充裕的时间跳起击球。请看你的和djoke的
录像截图对比。
2)击球时上身reach up了,不过没充分起跳,膝盖都没来得及伸直。我觉得是起跳晚
了。
你击球点应该可以高不少,但因为起跳晚了,球下落太多,你只能蹲着打了,我觉得这
