分享一下，不少朋友我在submit之前，都给了修改意见，我不负责招人，我说的不一定
对，大家可以探讨。
我的帖子不代表Amazon观点和要求，只是我个人看法。
基本思想是，你的简历反映了你是否用心，人家很容易看清楚你是否用心，如何从一大
堆简历里面脱颖而出，第一，不能有硬伤；第二，要言之有物；第三，不要confuse别人
首先，你的简历的名字不要太general。不少朋友命名，resume.pdf，resume.doc，我
觉得，你可以在简历的名字上传递更多地信息，比如，resume_John_Smith.pdf，
resume_John_Smith_Amazon.pdf, 是不是更好一些？ 这样人家一看就觉得是有备而来
的，也方便人家在一大堆简历里面迅速找到你，不然人家还要点开看是谁？
第二，表述要一致。特别是时间，有的朋友简历里面, Sep 2013, Fall 2013,
January 2013, 08/2013 或者直接2012-2013没有月份。我的point是不管哪个方式，你

drawing/singing lesson. Each tutoring/lesson lasts about 1 hour.
2) Before attending the gifted program, full day at public school plus
afterschool tutoring/lessons.
3) Shyness is more a personality issue than a shortcoming. Maybe the kid
wants to play with older kids since they may have more things in common (in

换作那个subtle no的人，他会笑着说：哦呦，说那么复杂干嘛啦，很简单就是两厢情
愿的事情吗......
其实是他自己不懂很多东西（据女生说，他的知识点为零），但是他会brush off别人
的opinion，不接话，轻描淡写的否定别人的knowledge.也就是说，他不承认他不懂，
他只是间接告诉你，你的Knowldge都是nonsense.
总之，你的立场他否定，你的opnion他否定，你的knowledge他也否定。在不经意中，
你会发现你自己几乎就没啥价值可言了。
后来那个女生有几次yelled at him out of frustration，在我们外人眼里看来，她怎
么脾气那么暴躁、对一个对她那么好的人当街就吼。其实，谁能体会到她受的委屈？我
想写故事也是出于对于那种隐性受害者的同情和理解。 |

I bought this pack at the end of last year for $200. Wrote a review on
music123.com. I saw some other online store sells it at $190.
Good start kit for beginners. OLP guitar is soso. Fret buzzing on two strings.
GuitarPort is wonderful for beginners especially for dummy like me with no
e-guitar knowldge at all. I can try many effects such as Wah, reverb, delap
etc so that I can save money on them if I gave up later. I don't have any
amp/effectors. This is fun to try. To be honest, I am not that |

that I probably can explain better in Chinease, but sorry that I can't input

My husband did some work to know the mechanic career, but not as much as
enough now. He is still hesitating to change his career. Like someone said,
maybe he is not realizing which one he is more interested in.
