但是在Kohls购买可以使用Kohls Cash，于是于11/21日向二手版id为alvincc的卖家购
买了5张面值为120的Kohls Cash，价格7折，共支付420。
购买当时就在Kohls网站下单成功，order状态显示in fullfilment。
两天之后，11/23日order状态显示Cancelled，并且没有收到任何邮件说明。当时立即
电话Kohls，客服表示也不清楚为何被砍，因感恩节急用不得已只能原价又买了Dyson
v8。
之后就开始了长达一个月的与Kohls撕逼的过程。由于客服通常只会搪塞或表示可以退
款，但客服的任何操作都会被后台砍掉。我打了几十个电话，想办法联系了Kohls各种
manager，supervisor和各种部门，最后联系到Fraud部门，对话几次结论如下：
1. Kohls明确表示不会refund
2. Kohls表示砍单的原因是使用的Kohls Cash来源是Fraud，所以这些Kohls Cash是
Invalid的

gift card买商品，应该拿到kohls cash；而link里面的原话意思是用信用卡买gift
card拿不到kohls cash。

另外再补充几点，尤其对于还想撸Kohls的人：
1. Kohls网上砍单有两种，一种是Cancelled之后会收到一封邮件，这种是系统砍单，
一般会直接退款到信用卡／Kohls Cash，另一种完全没有email，这种是后台砍单，一
般是fraud部门决定，一旦这种砍单基本不可能要回来
2. Kohls网站客服基本没用，fraud砍单之后不可能通过网站客服要回来，不用跟他们
说话或相信她们的任何话。另外Kohls实体店和网站完全分开，实体店绝对不会处理网
上订单的退款。所以有gift card得到的kohls cash要用还是去实体店相对安全
3. 从他们跟我说gift card purchase不能earn kohls cash来看，至少他们知道这个系
统的漏洞，而且他们还跟我说了这次被砍的远不止我这一个
