【共同社华盛顿2月24日电】路透社23日援引多名美国政府人士的话报道称，特朗
普政府为阻止朝鲜逃避制裁的海上走私，考虑向亚太地区派遣海岸警卫队。据悉正在与
日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新加坡就加强取缔的方法进行磋商。
据路透社称，美国海岸警卫队和各国治安部门设想跟踪疑似装载禁运对象的武器和
物资的船舶，必要时实施检查和扣押的任务。预计将在公海和各国领海内活动，但不进
行海上封锁。
美财长努钦23日在记者会上强调：“美国和其他各国有权在获得船籍国同意后进行
检查。”据分析，美国警惕朝鲜持续巧妙地逃避制裁、进一步推进核与导弹开发，考虑
构筑与周边各国合作的大规模取缔态势。
美政府高官向路透社称，即使在关于揭发走私的行动与盟国的磋商未达成协议的阶
段，也希望逐渐开始加强取缔。
