凌。那时候，我们都还比较清闲。中午有时候就相约到哪里抡几下拍子。打完球可以到
冰场里吃冰激凌或者到饱肚脐吃chicken caesar wrap，喝北冰洋橘子汽水。那汽水的
味道可以一下子把你带到30年前的北京。
忽然就过了这些年。中午打网球已经不敢奢求了。女儿也到了可以滑冰的年纪。家门口
的cabin john ice rink自然成了首选。离家近嘛。
这个冰场实际上有3块冰场。两块大的。一块叫NHL，自然是冰球场。另一块叫OLY，应
该是奥林匹克吧。在OLY上方有彩灯，晚场的时候红的蓝的，星星点点。
那块小冰场是块练习场。不知道有没有正式的名字。每周六早上的几节kid skating课
就是在这块场地上教的。它在NHL的后面，如果不绕过NHL，你根本不会注意到它。从门
口到这里要走100多米。穿上冰鞋再走。这段距离就会显得格外的长。上次，因为我们
去晚了，大家就看见一个大壮抱着一个小女孩在NHL冰场边翻蹄亮掌。

她的plan一共11周，本周是刚刚开始一周。
周一， recover run。
周二，周四，一个是speed workout, 一个是tempo work out。
周三，周五，一个是easy run, 一个是rest。
周六是easy/moderate run。
周日是long run。
具体她没说太细，不过说了一些speed workout 就是
2 mile warm up, 4 mile 5K pace, 4 interval of 1/4mile dash with recover
break, 2 mile cool down.
本来还想问问，结果自己越跑越累，跟不上了。 |
