美国媒体日前报道，中国“福耀集团”2014年在美国俄亥俄州投资开设大型玻璃制造厂
，创造了1500个就业岗位。近日厂方因为不严格按照美国劳工法运营，工人在不安全的
环境下操作，工厂被罚款。工会指控福耀公司存在解雇提出问题的美国员工，以及解雇
美国管理人增加中国管理人等问题。
美国《纽约时报》中文版6月12日发表题为“中国工厂领略了美国工会的厉害”的报道
说，中国“福耀集团”2014年在美国俄亥俄州莫雷恩（Moraine, Ohio）市，先后投资5
亿美元开设了一家大型玻璃制造厂“福耀美国”，该厂迄今共创造了1500个就业岗位。
但是，该公司员工詹姆斯-马丁表示，他因被迫在暴露于化学物质的恶劣条件下工作，
