Kublai Khan),

The dispute between China and the Philippines over ownership of the rocks

described blatantly racist bravado on the part of Beijing.

Kublai.

Muslim got good times because Kublai Khan wanted to keep the Silk Road
prosperous, where most were Muslims due to historical reasons. Mongols may
have never intended to spread or support Muslim but they certainly didn't
have any problem with them because they were no threat to Mongol forces.

Muhammad Yahya Khan
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yahya_Khan

The Scarborough Shoal does belong to China which discovered it and drew it
in a map as early as 1279 during the Yuan Dynasty. Chinese fishermen, from
both the Mainland and Taiwan, have since used it. As a matter of fact, Guo
Shoujing, (the Chinese astronomer, engineer and mathematician who worked
under the Mongol ruler, Kublai Khan) performed surveying of the South China

Mongolian prince Khuden conquered Tibet in the 1240s and made the Sakya
Pandita the Mongolian viceroy for Central Tibet, though the eastern
provinces of Kham and Amdo remained under direct Mongol rule.[13] When
Kublai Khan founded the Yuan Dynasty in 1271, Tibet became a part of it.

If the Chinese were to adopt the Western philosophy
of life, they would, as soon as they had made them
selves safe against foreign aggression, embark upon
aggression on their own account. They would
repeat the campaigns of the Han and Tang dynasties
in Central Asia, and perhaps emulate Kublai by
the invasion of Japan. They would exploit their
material resources with a view to producing a few
bloated plutocrats at home and millions dying of
hunger abroad. Such are the results which the

While Marco Polo wrote of Mongolian Tatar troops in the time of Kublai Khan
who carried sun-dried skimmed milk as "a kind of paste",[1] the first usable
commercial production process for dried milk was invented by the Russian
chemist M. Dirchoff in 1832. In 1855, T.S. Grimwade took a patent on a dried
milk procedure,[2] though a William Newton had patented a vacuum drying
process as early as 1837.

Specially for Platina and Zephry :)
Not Yangzhou but Hangzhou, farther south, was Marco's favorite city.
Until Kublai's army captured Hangzhou in 1276, it had been the Song
dynasty's opulent capital. In fact, Marco called it "Quinsai," a
corruption of the Chinese word for capital-though, revealing his
language handicap, he said Quinsai meant "city of Heaven." Heavenly,
yes indeed. It was "the best that is in the world," and Marco, one
text says, visited Hangzhou "many times." Everything he wrote
