I've been to Lijiang, Dali, Lugu Hu, Kunming, all within the last month. In
the hostel in Kunming there was a sign in the shared bathroom asking guests
to conserve water. Other than that my traveling experience was not affected

2015年1月7日，法国巴黎《查理周刊》总部遭到恐怖袭击，12人死亡。
昆明事件发生后，一时间国内民众义愤填膺，纷纷谴责对平民进行的暴力恐怖袭击

这两天在国内主流的，崇洋其外但实质是不见市面的土包子的媒体的炒作下，有了个所
谓的美国骆大使住不起博鳌大酒店的事件，引起网上左右两派的激烈互喷。看到有人提
问关于美国政府公务出差的标准，觉得这才是问到了点子上了。俺无意对此事作是非判
断，只想列举一些事实。欢迎转发。
首先得承认，人家的制度确实比咱先进。为了控制公务员滥用公款，老美的差旅标准制
定的非常细致。根据不同的地区的消费水平，制定了相应的每日住宿和餐饮标准。在美
国国内，具体到了各个州以及主要城市。每个城市的酒店，每年制定酒店的政府价，就
是按照这个数字来定的。对于国外，由美国国务院定的标准也相当精细。比如说对中国
，几乎大部分中国主要城市都已有相应的标准。（见下表）。表内列出了每日住宿的限
额，食物和其他费用的限额，以及前两类费用的总额的上限。 对于海南，表中列出了
海口的标准。住宿的上限是181美元，餐饮及其他的上限是118美元，所以费用的上限是
299美元。
