如果写的含糊，说明这个pregram电话没有接通，email也不回。
信可以写的很简单：
Dear Dr. Scorpion,
I am interested in the general cardiology fellowship in your institution
starting 2012. Could you please let me know if your institution sponsors H1B
visa?
记得检查拼写正确就是了。
这个没有包括阿拉私家。
心脏科依然挣钱多，但是lifestyle不好。任何一个call 都是要命的。
