A lot of people don’t take their guns with them when they’re doing certain
things, particularly on a run. After all, even a lightweight pistol is
going to cause issues with your everyday running shorts, and no one wants to
wear a fanny pack, especially one loaded down with a firearm, right?

GEORGETOWN, Texas -- Police have arrested and charged a man for using a
stolen credit or debit card at a Target store.

The angry left hasn’t had Tom DeLay to kick around for some time. Hopefully
their heads are exploding upon hearing this news.
A Texas Court of Appeals in Austin has overturned the conviction of
former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, attorney Brian Wice told KVUE
sister station KHOU 11 News.
In documents released early Thursday, the court said the evidence in the
case was “legally insufficient to sustain DeLay’s convictions.”

得克萨斯州乔治城（Georgetown）警方逮捕一名涉及去年12月Target信息被盗事件嫌犯。
根据奥斯汀电视台KVUE-TV报道，乔治城警方的逮捕证词说，40岁的陈国兴（Guo Xing
Chen）可能参与了去年12月在Target商场盗刷顾客信用卡事件。
证词称，警方相信陈国兴也参与了大规模的盗窃Target连锁商场信息的事件，那次信息
被盗给Target公司造成超过7000万美元的损失。
《今日美国》说，重罪诉讼书说，有人报告一名男子在乔治城的Target商场使用被盗的
信用卡和借记卡购买礼品卡时，警方赶去逮捕了陈国兴。警方已经得知，阿肯色州警方

furloughs after Congress plunged the nation into a partial government
shutdown.
National parks and the Johnson Space Center in Houston were among the places
Tuesday that faced being most affected by the shutdown. Three presidential
libraries in Texas are also closing its doors until the budget impasse is
over.
Many other federal offices will stay open as usual. That includes criminal
