昆 or 隔昆). The Middle Age Chinese composition "Tanghuiyao" of the 8-10th
century transcribed the name "Kyrgyz" Tsze-gu (Kirgut), and their tamga was

满法国媒体情调的片名一样，重点揭露了闪烁在颜色革命绚丽舞台背后的魑魅魍魎，从
美国两党政治团体的大显身手，到老当益壮的退役军人的暗中活跃等等。
由于国内媒体对这方面的报道周详入微，或许我们不会有日本观众那种拍案惊奇的感觉
，不过吉尔吉斯外交部长因为民主派报社印刷厂停电，而在美国议员面前低声下气接受
训斥的场面，仍不由令人张口结舌。
虽然本片的制作者显然没有注意到当时吉尔吉斯电力（Kyrgyz Energo）已经民营化这个

2011年11月号刊登韓德森（Scott J. Henderson）的文章说，美国和西方对中国的观察
，通常基于政府政策的演变、外交关系、实力重组等因素，但还有另一个有用的参照物
，那就是军队的外语培训。
早在1949年，中国人民解放军就在洛阳建立了外语学院，作为培养国防语言人才的摇篮
。现在洛阳“解放军外语大学”已经培养了5万多名毕业生，担负起军事翻译、军事外
交、国际反恐、联合国维和行动等各项工作。从该校的课程设置可知，这是一所培训(
能破解密碼的)多种语言人才的军事情报学府。
解放军外语大学出版自己的《外语杂志》。1978年至1987年，以英文、俄文、日文、韩

11 unknown shouting 'Allah Akhbar' opened fire on Kyrgyz-Chinese border
俄塔社从吉尔吉斯斯坦边防军新闻办获悉，吉边防军特种部队已将侵犯该国边境的武装
分子全部击毙。
吉边防军代表称，在突袭行动中消灭了11名入侵者。几个小时内，他们被要求放
下武器，但他们拒绝缴械。
周四清晨， 13名武装分子袭击了吉尔吉斯斯坦伊塞克湖州吉中边境的狩猎区。
袭击者杀害了伊塞克湖州的猎人亚历山大·巴雷金，并向赶赴事发地点的边防军抢险小
组开火，两名武装分子在双方交火中被打死。
目前，执法机关正在验证不法分子的身份。吉强力部门推测武装团伙中有中国新
疆人。
此前，吉尔吉斯斯坦外交部新闻司表示，吉外交官就边境武装冲突事件会见了中
国驻比什凯克大使馆代表 。吉尔吉斯斯坦外交部还向吉驻华使馆和外交部驻乌鲁木齐

money. Because US only had plan to spend up to 100 million dollars to
enlarge loading area of the air base for more Afghanistan operations.
