伤寒（Typhoid Fever），清末时译为肠热症，后受日本影响，音译为肠窒扶斯，又称
为湿温伤寒、肠伤寒、伤寒热，沙门氏菌感染症的一种，是常见的传染病，在世界各地
都曾发生，通常起源于食物或饮用水遭到带原者粪便所污染，很快造成大流行。它是由
伤寒杆菌（Salmonella typhi）造成的急性肠胃道传染病，伤寒杆菌会破坏小肠壁，造
成高烧及内出血。
另一种由副伤寒杆菌引起，与伤寒特征类似的传染病，称为副伤寒（Paratyphoid
fever）。
症状
伤寒的症状包括长期缓慢的发烧，可达39°至40 °C（103°至104 °F），其他症状有
出汗、腹痛、肠胃炎、严重腹泻、头痛。有部分的人，身体会出现玫瑰色斑（rose
spot）。肠道出血或穿孔是其最严重的并发症。
伤寒杆菌会随著粪便和尿液排出体外，透过苍蝇、蟑螂等媒介传染给健康人，传染力很
高。
病源
伤寒杆菌和副伤寒杆菌，均为沙门氏菌（Salmonella species）属。

微好点，不过感觉性价比不高(贵不少） |
