18大的安保措施应该是空前严格了，很可能给许多生活造成不便，比如说，外地民众进
京上访很难了，访民可能提前被遣返出京，异见分子被管控。甚至于普通老百姓的生活
也受到影响了，鸽子也不许放，西城159中学体育馆关闭。如临大敌一样。
我倒认为，政府这么做是完全合理。属于未雨绸缪，防范未然。换而言之，任何国家，
在面临威胁的时候，都是要以牺牲民众自由为代价，来加强社会安全管理。
类似的例子还有美国911之后的反应。911死了几千人，但是美国政府搞的反恐却影响到
了普通人的生活，2010年俄亥俄的一位美国妈妈坐飞机安检时，不但被安检员摸屁股，
摸乳房，甚至于被摸了大腿内侧，还摸了“my vagina area, touching both of my
