就躺着生了，这是对医生最容易的姿势吧，坏处是有点克服重力。坐着也不是最好，压
迫尾骨，不过不排除push的时候会动屁股。蹲着好像对大腿力量有要求，不容易蹲很久
。all fours应对肩难产比较好。
我觉得你争取spontaneous push，比coached push真是好太多了。 |

前大家贴出的timeline，发现确实是这样的，大家报的USCIS发I797C的时间基本上都是
周一。我FR是27号sent的，但是下周一是labor day呀，有人知道USCIS下周一工作不？
如果不工作，岂不是要到再下周一才处理了。。。。。等得好着急 |

Department releases the jobs number.
This piece of economic data is fraught with troubles for the market. If
employment comes in much higher than expected the market could sell-off,
with investors fearing the Fed may take the foot off the gas, and begin to
withdraw at least some support. And if it's it's too low, the market could
sell-off on fears that the economy is too fragile to withstand sequestration.

觉得有些放心，结果今天和律师谈这事，他说从接受offer， 开始准备到 file 上去至
少要8天的时间，因为 Labor Application 要等移民局审批，这个审批过程要七天。还
说如果公司近几年没办过 H1-B，审批的时间可能更长。这个律师的说法靠谱不？ 有没
有什么靠谱的律师推荐!

resource department. So I am preparing most of the documents for filing an
extension of my H-1B (current one expires January 2010).
On USCIS website, it says, the package needs "approved Form ETA-9035, Labor
Condition Application (LCA)". Does this mean my organization needs to go
online and fill another LCA, or I could use the one from my original filing
in 2007?
Anybody know anything? or any official website related to this |

. 学校说了，如果换到其它学校或公司，立刻取消我的140..所以只能在同一个地方了．
请问:如果Lecturer职位的工作代码(code: ##Teacher)和工作描述(description:
teach under and graduate courses, do research)和EB2上的完全相同，仅仅是Title
不一样（从tenure-track Assistant Professor到Lecturer)，可以使用AC21换工作而
不用重新申请Labor 和EB2么？

另外,你在同校同系内换工作,绝对不用重新申请Labor 和EB2. |

和永久居民，而必须聘用一名外籍员工，从而申请移民。这与H1B有些类似的地方，但
