加拿大联邦枢密院一名华裔前高级分析员张海燕，因被怀疑对加国“忠诚度”以及为中
国政府搜集情报而于2003年年底遭解职，此后她曾经申请加入本国其它联邦政府部门均
遭拒，最后申请联邦法院司法复核结果遭驳回。联邦法院裁定，张海燕在遭解雇事件中
并没受到不公平待遇。这项判决，等于宣布张海燕将无望再担任加国联邦公务员。
张海燕是谁？
据张海燕个人简历介绍，张海燕1963年生于中国大陆的兰州 ，1979年考入兰州大学，
是兰州大学外国语学院水天同教授的首届硕士生。

出，中国当局正面临去年日资汽车厂罢工事件以来最严重的工潮。
报导指出，发生工潮的工厂包括深圳沙井的台资企业「精模电子科技」工厂，以及东莞
的台资企业宝成集团旗下的裕成製鞋厂。此外，东莞、深圳的日资钟錶厂的工潮也逐渐
恶化。
「精模电子科技」第三工业区工厂全体员工22日大罢工，是距今最近的一波工潮。员工
抗议加班时间过长，试图堵107国道示威，当局紧急调遣数百警力到场阻止，将工人赶
回厂内，并派警力进驻工厂。
罢工的原因主要是加班时间过长，每天达到六小时甚至通宵加班，工人每天工作长达16

Gomo)投书津巴布韦《新闻日报》(Newsday)，探讨中国在非洲的活动对非洲青年带来的
冲击。
勾墨指出，非洲人有65%年龄在35岁以下，而15岁到35岁者就占了非洲人口的35%。非洲
大陆可以说是个以年轻人为主的世界。
尽管非洲每年有1千万人进入职场，非洲整体经济成长率也达到4.5%，明年更将达到4.8
%，非洲人面临的却是失业率的成长。在非洲，15岁到24岁的年轻人有60%失业。其中一

我过世的祖父，是一位有挪威血统、强壮的美国农场主后代，后来他成了一位报纸
编辑，在第一次世界大战中成为一位投身政治的人。他常常说：“只要时间许可，人可
以适应相当多的事情，除了死亡……但是如果经常练习的话，人也可以适应死亡。”看
，似乎天意如此， 看起来，我们人类中的绝大部分，就要验证那句谚语了，通过我们
是否能够得到每天的面包这件事情来验证。
食物，是少数几种使人们维持生命的可笑东西之一。我们会理所当然地以为，家门
口的超市会永远卖我们喜欢吃的食物，而且还以合理的、我们能支付得起的价格充足供
应下去。然而，在没有充足事物供应的情况下生存，是未来我们中千万人或者上亿的人
要面对的前景。
从某种意义上讲，这是个真正的悖论。我们这个星球可以为数倍于当今人口的人，提
供营养充足的天然食品。但是，由于过去半个世纪或者说更长时间建立起来的工业化农
业的破坏，食物不足的情况将会出现。

I would not only be fired but expect to be? Why is anyone waiting?
6 people! 200+ the next day is no better. It truly beggars belief and is
stupefying when you consider the labour hours, number of organizations
involved and the millions of $$ invested in this project.
And then we are really expected to trust - that our privacy is being handled
with fidelity!
