600MILE的旧地上牌，半路又撞到了路旁的东西，又拿去修。
然后神医又勒令在CUT OFF之前出货，于是自己搬上搬下的。

軟化不是融化
不可以用microwave的，一定要室溫慢慢的讓它回溫，知道用手指可以輕易捏動
而且最好不要用margarine代替，人造黃油跟黃油的熔點差很多，制作上會更不容易
有一個軟化的trick，就是用microwave直接加熱到完全融化，就像你做的一樣
然后放到冷凍室里面去凍，凍到黃油剛剛好直接開始凝固就好
這個是差不多5-10分鐘的時間
這樣再用來打發就已經是軟化了的黃油了
用黃油的點心一定不可以用植物油替代
它們在烘烤過程中的效果很不一樣
如果面糊太稀的話，烘烤以后外側會有lace狀的部分，很脆，而且餅干也會變形
這個餅干不是用yeast的
所以放多久都不會發酵
放在冰箱里面是醒面而已，雖然我并不覺得這款餅干需要這個動作
也有可能是因為天氣太熱，所以想要面比較硬一些
這樣可以讓烘烤前的整形更容易
也比較不容易粘手 |

北卡。大沼泽曾经是黑奴藏匿的所在，里面建有一条美国历史最悠久的运河，到现在还
有游人泛舟其中。大沼泽里还居住着大量的黑熊，每到秋天，猎手就可以申请执照前来
打猎黑熊。大沼泽最出名的还是那条Hiking Trail，其实那是一条废弃的公路，长约20
公里左右，现在作为徒步远足的用途。这个大沼泽的所在还是2006年齐迹讲给我们听的
，她那时侯在Virginia Pilot实习，正雄心勃勃地要和读金融的男朋友在美国创出一番
