学者指出，欧洲主权债务危机带给美国的低利率只是一种暂时现象，美国未来若干年内
可能出现同样的投资人信心危机。
房贷融资公司房地美星期四公布，本星期美国30年期房贷固定利率从上星期的百分之5
降到百分之4点93。这是美国房贷利率一年来的最低水平。
房贷利率下滑主要是因为欧元区主权债务危机使大批投资者涌入美国国债。长期国债收
益率的下滑拉低了房屋贷款利率。财政部30年期国债收益率目前在百分之4点49，也是
近一年来的最高水平。
希腊危机巩固了美元，把长期利率和大宗商品价格压在低位。有分析人士指出，这在一
定程度上削弱了欧元区危机对美国经济的影响。
但是，美国企业研究所高级研究员、欧洲经济专家戴斯蒙德·拉赫曼(Desmond Lachman
)认为，对于美国来说，欧洲主权债务危机带来的利率走低无异于饮鸩止渴。
