发帖数: 1 | 2 如果桌子是很早以前从家具店里买回来的，最上面的coat 极有可能是lacquer. 家具店
的家具大多用lacquer. 以前也听说过lacquer有过类似的问题。 lacquer 是
evaporative finish, 不是非常适合做餐桌面，尤其早餐桌，anyway...
如果你家里有naphtha, 用它擦桌面，擦两遍，如果擦完后，表面不再sticky, 变硬了
。说明表面被清理干净了。然后sanding, 从320p到400p。然后再coat一层到两层
lacquer (可以用brushing lacquer 或者spray can lacquer),最后 sanding 到600p.

发帖数: 1 | 7 lacquer 大概算是所有finish里面比较容易维护和修理的类型。作为一个evaporative
finish,新的coat 层会和旧的coat完全融合在一起，也就是所谓的“burn-in”效果.
varnish,比如poly，新的层和旧的层是一层一层堆积起来，层与层之间的bond不好，所
以上新的层之前，旧的层常需要sanding.
这是lacquer被商业家具制造商所青睐的原因之一。lacquer在20世纪初刚被合成出来，
一时被认为是家具finish发展的终结，基本上具备了所有的应该具备的商业化的优点。 |

去了一家auto zone，找到了2L推荐的lacquer thinner，但是那里的人说可能把车烧了
，建议我花75在他们家买个converter，再花50 labor换了。
翻了下发现一年半车子出过同样的问题，当时也是换了。回去那家店，对方答一年以上
他们不负责，并建议sea foam。但一个朋友又说sea foam过于strong，会让车crazy...
纠结ing，到底该用lacquer thinner，还是sea foam，还是直接换converter？求建议

* 2 spray cans of either gloss or satin Lacquer (depending on the sheen you

not lighter
* 150 and 220 grit and 600 grit sandpaper.

才有粘的感觉。如果愿意折腾，不怕苦，就用80 grit, then 120 grit and 220 grit
，把原先的全部打磨掉。然后重新上新的finish。不想折腾就换弄个桌布，或者换新的
吧。 |

担心甲醛，所以不考虑。如果你是装修自己的房子，还是考虑别的好。
如果你的budget比较高的话，我比较喜欢Porcelanosa的橱柜。当然如果你喜欢复古式
的就算了。
还有，很多的contractors都告诉我，IKEA的橱柜其实非常好，样子好，价钱也很低。
IKEA 有high gloss lacquer 的橱柜。如果你想要同样的效果，现在很多的美国橱柜生
产商有FOIL的橱柜，看上去和high gloss lacquer很象。 |

Lacquered溶解粘膛的问题主要集中出现在满足如下条件
1，没有锥度的弹膛
2，极高温的情况
3，设计机/膛零件预留公差很小
4，机件运动力量不大
这个主要是223的AR会发生的问题，而且要短时间连续mag dump才能满足条件。AK不管
是7.62还是5.45的壳都有锥度，外加力量巨大的活塞设计，你要Ak能打到这份上，恐怕
管子报废护木都能烧起来了。
说穿了就是Lacquered保护密封和性能都好但是成本高，毛子觉得利润率差，所以把工
艺换成猴版的Polymer coating，然后随便捡了个理由说。
就好像Winchester在64年停了Pre64的M70一样，虽然Win说Post64的东西机件可靠性更
强，但是CRF的优点就荡然无存——只是为了在生产线上省钱而已。 |

basecoat
clearcoat
primer
第一次做，看了说明，还是有一点疑问和不确定。
先请问下，以免错了，就麻烦了。
我理解的步骤是：
1. 先拿布和洗完液把要弄得地方洗干净，晾干。
2. 用primer去掉划痕
3. 等primer干了24小时以后，用basecoat涂，多涂几层
4. 等basecoat干了以后，用clearcoat涂，多涂几层，每层间隔10分钟涂。
还有什么注意的？
还有，我看说明有用lacquer thinner涂掉位置不好，流出来的coat。
我忘了买了
这个一定要买？

打算买一个buffing pad for drill. 请问还需要别的工具吗？
我看youtube上有人用sand paper，有人不用。还有人用湿的sand paper.有经验的朋友
能不能说说修的顺序？
