Guy Sajer's book THE FORGOTTEN SOLDIER is rather notorious in the historical
community; the book purports to be the memoirs of an Alsatian who served
with the Division for the last years of the Second World War. Much has been
written on the subject of whether or not the book is a true story or not.

Tuesday. The firm's big move was adding 7 million shares of Goodyear Tire,
potentially making him the company's largest shareholder.

Baidu Inc. (BIDU): Baidu provides Chinese and Japanese language Internet
search services. BIDU recently traded at $129.47. BIDU has lost 6.1% since
the end of March. The stock has a market cap of $45.16 billion and P/E ratio
of 71.4. Soros initiated a $19 million position in BIDU during the first

券交易委员会(SEC)提交的13F文件显示，美国顶级对冲基金二季度增持了苹果股份，尽
管在此期间该公司的股价表现一般。
这份文件显示，菲利普-拉方特(Philippe Laffont)的蔻图资本(Coatue
Management)二季度增持了大约86万股苹果股票，持股总数达到850万股。
此外，伦敦对冲基金管理公司Nevsky Capital LLP增持了75.1万股苹果股票，持股
总数达到256万股。Tiger Eyes Capital LLC增持苹果约25万股股票，持股总数达356,
502股。
高盛(202.02, 1.28, 0.64%)的研究结果显示，截至一季度苹果是最受对冲基金青
睐的股票之一。他们对685只对冲基金的分析发现，其中69只基金将苹果作为十大重仓
股之一，比例超过10%。

How is this book compared to Jean-Jacques Laffont and David Martimort's The
theory of Incentive? Or latter is just a subset of contract theory? I want to
see a content of this new book, but can't find it online. :( |

issue and incomplete.
ch1-4 are about classic or now standard adverse selection model, and moreal
harzard model. ch5 is about disclosure of verifiable info, ch6 is about
multi-dimensional incentive problem. ch7 is on auction, ch8 is about
multi-agent moral harzard and collusion. ch9-10 is about dynamic contract.
ch11-13 is about incomplete contract.
