也没法transfer到ua，太郁闷了。不知道是不是因为一直刷，balance一直超过credit
line 50%的原因。不知道大家有没有遇到过这种情况，compliant 有用吗？是不是就没
法reopen 了？会不会影响信用分数以后申他们家卡就没戏了。谢谢！

偶然间看到 emdeetobee mm贴的切包皮视频手术，过程真的是很复杂，更恐怖的是，其
中一例是小孩无麻醉的状态下做的。
我是个女娃妈，但我真的不明白，如果是不必要的手术，为什么那么多家长都盲从
所谓朋友邻居同事的经历，(我记得之前还有人说是未来可能的peer pressure),把明明
是孩子应该给自己的身体做决定的事情，家长先“替”孩子做了决定？
想想谁家的孩子不是爹妈的心头肉？心肝宝贝就这么轻易的在小小孩的时候经历这种痛
苦！？
切包皮的来源是旧约圣经，如果是笃信宗教也就罢了。但是在美国的中国家长，我们中
