Stations都有，小朋友们可以就近参观了。

发帖数: 878 | 18 附件中有是详细的路线图，我们是按照蓝色箭头标示的方向走的。沿途可以看到一个大
土坑，下面有个水潭，远处能看见雪山。还路过一个废弃的煤窑，深不可测。回到停车
场又去大草坪吃了点东西，去了一个观景点，发现湖景被树木挡住了。回来看地图，才
发现停车场旁边还有另一观景点，可能那个才是所谓的million dollar view。明天同
学们可以验证一下。下面是照片地址：

回来注意到trailhead有个沙石坑，挂着几个空壶（见下面照片），建议有体力的同学
明天去的时候，装上沙石走一迈左右倒在稀泥比较多的路上。那里的空壶不多，可以自
己带几个，用剪刀剪成类似的模样。
停车场有个老美哥们儿也是召集去hiking，他还弄了一堆camelbak水包在那儿，回来的
时候他还站那儿，给我们每人都发了一个水包，说是厂家赞助他们慈善组织的，就搞了
这个爬山活动，结果包没有发完给了我们。这里表示感谢一下，水包的牌子是Novara，

from Lakemont (Between Issaquah and South Bellevue). |

Lakemont: new house-- school district is issaquah, utility is
Bellevue/issaquah. price around 600K-800K-$1M distance to downtown
bellevue 5-8mile.
Issaquah highland -- school district issaquah, new house price around
500K--800K

发帖数: 5779 | 29 Lakemont is a good place to commute compare to Sammamish/Issaquah/Redmond.
School district is good (somebody will argue not as good as Bellevue, but
let's wait and see, Bellevue become more and more low income school district
). Last year, you still can find some decent deals ($600K-$800K) around that
area. But seems most of them are gone. |

的。到Factoria 也就七八分钟，到seattle也就十几二十分钟，到microsoft上班比
renton highland 更近，学区比renton highland 更好 |

Middle 和 High 都不怎么样吧，在那里住豪宅的富人们貌似孩子都送OPEN WINDOW这种
私立的，人不上PUBLIC的。 |

Where these rich guys go to for high school at Lakemont? Openwindow only
provide elementary/middle school education (very small school compare to
other public/private school (only 300+ students from K-8). Eastside does not
have good private high school.

子。高中我不太了解，因为小孩子都在小学爬呢，但是我说的也是基于我所知道的事实
，我认识的住在LAKEMONT的朋友中（至少〉8个家庭吧），只有一家小孩子是送COUGAR
RIDGE的，其他的全部送OPEN WINDONS。（他们大多来自台湾，少数来自大陆）。不太
清楚他们的动机，可能就是钱太多，烧得慌吧。当然他们的孩子也都还在小学阶段。不
清楚ISSAQUAH HIGH，没有发言权哈。

people's view of the house, and thus is easy for burglar to break in without
having people noticed.
2。 my house is a standing-alone house, next neighbor is about 30-50 meters
away.
My house is located in a very nice area (Lakemont), but that doesn't stop

发帖数: 2848 | 45 看到“seal crawl space”吓了一跳，你说的是怎样让水汽不往上走，侵蚀木结构吧，
大部分都是用plastic vapor barrier，但是如你所说，还真是有把crawl space地面浇
筑成厚厚的水泥的，我在Lakemont见过这样的crawl space，这个crawl space比一般的
稍微高一点，人可以弯腰走，and it's heated, heated这一点挺重要的，因为水泥也
保不齐水汽往上走啊，虽然concrete slab下面也应该有一层防水的memberane， 我个
人喜欢crawl space有vent通风，用plastic vapor barrier，如果不是heated crawl
space, concrete slab下面的防水层也会老化掉得吧~
说起concrete slab下面的防水层，Redmond有个小区，比较新的，有一面后面是斜坡往
下的房子全部是2-sotry with basement，结果，建房子的时候basement的地面
conceret slab下面忘记铺防水层，保修期内builder给掀开地毯地板用专门的seal... 阅读全帖 |

有更新过厨房，厕所，都是86年的柜子， roof2004年搞过，这样的房子报价得多少啊
？？为啥卖房的价格高出政府估价这么多？地点在lakemont, 属于issaquah学区。有大
侠给指点一下吗 |

政府估价在买方巿埸（09-10）可能有参考价值，现在巿埸hot, 它就显得非常滞后. |
