We got up pretty early (by LP's standard anyways :P). The hotel provided
a simple breakfast in the terrace. I especially liked the goat cheese
with honey. It's actually funny how I just came up with mixing the two
which, as I found out later in Cyprus, is a type of dessert for locals.
LP loved their cucumber and tomato (not to be confused with the huge and
tasteless kinda from the American supermarkets).

grade lamb, to be specific.
Here in the U.S., specific cut lamb can be had for as low as USD6 per lb,
which is about RMB80 per kg. Cheaper grade such as lamb stew can be had for
as low as USD4 a pound, which is also roughly RMB50 per kg.
So, basically, as far as lamb's price goes, China is no different from the U
.S.
Of course, I am not saying organic lamb in the U.S. |

similar.
I consume a whole lamb every two months, mostly because do not have time to
cook at home. There is a local Costco selling whole lamb from New Zealand.
It is really not comparable at all with Mglian lamb, I am still trying to
see the possibility of importing Mglian lamb to NA. |

一看标题，有人就纳闷了，羊肉粉还用的着自己做吗？想吃了，到羊肉粉馆便可
心满意足；殊不知对于身在他乡的游子，想吃碗羊肉粉，却成了奢望。羊肉粉是嘛东东
？想必贵州人都晓得滴。其他人想知道可以放狗去搜一下就晓得罗，那可是“中华名小
吃”喔。想吃羊肉粉了咋个办？自己动手，丰衣足食。买来羊肉，按照探来地配方熬羊
肉汤（网上说地熬汤配方不得行，对于我来说），迫不急待地做好了第一次羊肉粉，吃
到嘴里头，咋个没得那个味呢? 娃儿干脆就说，你兹个那点是羊肉吗，和猪肉没得区别
得，哭啊，我花羊肉的钱，竟然被吃成猪肉的味，冤死啰，要知道在兹点羊肉比猪肉贵

发帖数: 17532 | 39 你说的这些绵羊肉一般不好吃。羊肉一般要小羊的好吃，特别是绵羊，烧烤不错，
但是做汤太油了。我猜想澳洲人的美利奴绵羊最后往往是做狗粮用了。反正我没
在澳洲市场上见过那种羊肉。
绵羊肉分两种，就是羔羊(Lamb)和羊肉(Mutton)，一般以一年为界。Mutton
不好吃。羔羊又分spring lamb和普通lamb，spring lamb一般是没有吃过草
的羊羔，我反而觉得不好吃。 |

lamb 跟新鲜牛肉摆一块，旁边一般是veal. 基本上大的美国店都有 lamb chop，放那
的量可能不多，问问工作人员。 goat meat 一般是冻的，在冰柜里。 |

同，familycare是让娃吃好睡好玩好身体好。preschool是让娃开始受教育的同时吃好
睡好玩好身体好。如果发现自家娃开始对这个世界感兴趣了，有学习的动力了，不甘于
局限于自己的小天地了，就可以去上学了。。一般特别好的preschool都有waiting
list所以要提早。我找过的preschool里，最长的waiting list是２年。一般最好是春
夏季开始送学校，４－８月。实在不行夏秋也凑合。比如我家是８月底。冬天就不送了
。容易生病，不利于娃的生长发育。如果要求比较完美主义的家长要提前做好准备。不
过我家娃最后去的是一个没有waiting list的学校，而且我觉得比那２个要等很久的学
校好。

people would order lamb, his restaurants would never stock it, as it s not
worth it. If someone actually orders lamb, he would serve beef with some
lamb power to make it taste like lamb as much as possible.

他家的菜我觉得不错的可以推荐的是
两个羊肉菜:
CHENGDU SPICED LAMB

第一个是孜然味道的， 应该很合中国人的口味。

干煸牛肉丝做的不错， 很接近authentic了

PF Chang的酸辣汤我们还是挺喜欢， 他们也有别的馄饨汤什么的。
～～～～～～～～吹牛说，我做的比他们的还好吃些，又或许换了厨师了？我不知从什
么时候开始喜欢酸辣汤，有时候都要喝三碗，咳咳，他家的是最不好喝的。
他家的菜我觉得不错的可以推荐的是
