example, lamicil, lotrimine, and so on. just go to any pharmacy and look for
the athlete foot section. Apply the creams on the skin and use the spray on
the shoes. Rotate the pairs of shoes you wear and keep them dry and spray
them before and after wear. Hopefully two weeks later you will be fine. |

Also, if you have more than one shoes, wear them alternatively. You
probably have to keep doing this for at least 7 days to eradicate.
