it later on if you don't like it.
Just you know laminated flooring are built to be one time use only, they can
not be refinished a few times like real hard wood flooring. So either cheap
disposable floor or more expensive but longer lasting floor, your call. |

ones I could find cost about 79-89c/ sqf. the expensive ones can cost more
than 3 dollars/sqf. The kind i bought - laura ashley is towards the
expensive end, the store clerk said it is a top brand and was on sale, it
has a life time warranty (other brands usually has 10-30 year warrantly).
After finish the floor looks very nice -- like real wood, the surface is
very hard, scratch resistant. |

但有些东西的价值不是光取决于他的实用价值。比如机械表和石英表，同样牌子的表壳
表链都一样，机械表要贵。因为机械机芯比石英机芯要多花很多人工。但是功能上讲，
机械机芯体积大，重，不精确。可是还是有很多人多花钱去买一个笨重的，一周误差好
几秒的机械表。

underlayment pad。
我自己一个人铺，free floating，没有太多技术要求，就是揭地毯铲地板体力耗费比
较大。我花了三周时间铺好了四个房间。看上去的效果和脚感都很好。
我家书房和餐厅是原装实木的，要经常打蜡，保养很麻烦。 |
