纽约一家华人长途巴士公司的华裔司机，17日凌晨在北卡州的宿舍内遭遇一名入室抢劫
的歹徒，在被劫匪用榔头将他打至头破血流后，愤而拿出手枪反击，连射数弹将劫匪击
毙。因这位司机属合法持枪，歹徒又入室抢劫在先，因此经警方调查后，被认定为正当
防卫，暂未受任何控罪。
案件发生在北卡州Durham郡LaSalle街的Duke Manor公寓群，警方在17日凌晨1时15分接
到报案，到现场后发现一名非裔男子倒在公寓外的地上，送医后宣告死亡。警方稍后确
认死者为18岁的Antonio Lamont Elliot Jr.，正是刚刚发生的入室劫案嫌犯，在逃跑

长周末出去玩，路上一激动，也是没注意，在Bakersfield附近的五号上超速了速度87/
限速65。
当时已经10点了，处在五号一个下坡路段，车流都挺快的，超车时不小心上了80迈。刚
超完车没多久，就被警车pull over了。
给了张traffic的notice2appear，违规代码是22349（A）。罚单上都没有金额，直接要
求和Lamont,CA的法庭联系，怕是一定要出庭了。
以后都会小心了，回来时是用巡航慢慢把车挪回家的，两边的车梭梭的超我们也不敢提
速。
想请推荐一下附近的traffic ticket attorney，住得太远了，不想自己出庭，来回跑
受不了。 |

选民们将就「苏格兰是否应该成为一个独立国家」投票表决。
提交给苏格兰议会的公投法案将需要苏格兰议员的批准，不过，由于苏格兰民族党占了
议会的绝大多数议席，所以确保了公投法案肯定将获得通过。苏格兰公投日期宣布之前
，反对独立的苏格兰工党领袖约望・拉蒙特（Johann Lamont）批评主张独立的
苏格兰执政民族党（Scotish National Party）一心着迷于争取独立，却罔顾备受压力
的普通家庭。

前受影响的居民人数，从200万减至约90万。但另一方面，因食水煮沸警告而掀起的樽
装水抢购潮，至今未有平息。许多咖啡店要停止售卖咖啡，餐馆需要买樽装水洗菜煮食
，造成生意损失。
大温地区局昨日表示，撤除温哥华、北岸、本拿比以外地区的食水煮沸警告，因为
这些城市供水来自高贵林水库，水质混浊程度在可接受的水准之内。而温市、北岸、本
拿比地区的供水来自西摩（Seymour）、卡普兰奴（Capilano）两大水库。这两大水库

1. 来自外界的压力骤然减少，现在基本上大家都觉得拍子能赢8场就不错了
2. 小鸡和教练组有了新的动力；长鼻子在的时候，特别是最近几年，感觉小鸡在game
plan上有点划水。。。 现在突然换了新掌门，在game planning上必须要全力以赴。
这个就好比偶现在在同一个地方干了N多年后，自己都觉得划水现象越来越严重，必须
要有突发事件来刺激一下才可能重新找到工作的激情呵呵 （knock on the wood...)
3. 在跑攻上应该会有所加强； 长鼻子和毛四的存在让拍子的跑攻沦为二等公民，现在
虽然毛四依旧，为了让新人慢慢融入系统估计拍子要认真开拓跑攻，把马龙泥，sammy
morris，lamont jordan这几个人好好用起来，从长远来看未尝不是好事
4. 长鼻子受伤是早晚的事，那么在赛季第一场的第一节受伤，当然是最理想的情况
还有，卡塞尔只要有长鼻子一半的成功，也不辜负了老周的教诲, 大家都来bless他吧
