去年2M买的房子，刚收到county 的估价
估了150k 的improvement value
和 1.85M的land value！！！
2000sqft的房子，improvement value也估得太少了。
我的理解：
improvement value越多，以后作为出租房，可以报的depreciation越多，所以越多越
好。
land value估得多，没啥好处。
请问我的理解多吗？能跟county去argue吗？ 谢啦 |

1. 记得曾经看见过很破的manufactured house都算是house，这个被列为 land 可能会
有什么问题吗？
2. 我们想买一片地，然后或盖或买新的 manufactured house, 原来有没有房子无所谓
。这个地买来申请permit建新房麻烦吗？它倒是在居民区。
3. 买地和买现成房子区别大吗？需不需要自己的agent? 我们不是第一次买房，但没碰
过land。担心 code、permit之类的问题。

（但2-3年是会的）， 不想把钱都压在房子里。
今天看到一块lot/land 0.84 acre， 位置还好， 离湖1mile ,离市中心5mile. 价格也
比较合理，不知道买这种lot/land 有什么要注意的吗？ 如果几年不用， 拿来种树也
可以的吧？ 大家帮我建议一下。
另外这个lot/land 挂在网上已经有90天了，是不是有什么问题所以卖不出去？ |

如说新买一个房子，之前的land value 和 additions value是按照旧的value 50% 50%
， 新的assessment按照新的成交价变成land 70%， additions 30%, 结果additions
value还下降了很多，does it matter??
