来自中国北京的密西根州立大学(Michigan State University)大一新生戴嘉艺(
Jiayi Dai)23日被发现猝死在刚搬进来的学生公寓，东兰辛警局(Police Department
of East Lansing)24日表示，初步调查，这名中国女留学生疑因饮酒过量致死，目前仍
在进行深入调查。
东兰辛警局表示，警方是在23日上午7时45分据报赶到沼泽槲街(Pine Oak Lane)
300号附近的一栋学生公寓，结果发现19岁的戴嘉艺已经死亡，警方已经排除他杀的可
能，目前调查指向戴女饮酒过量致死。
根据兰辛当地媒体wlns.com报导，与这名猝死中国女学生同住一栋公寓的学生说，
戴嘉艺与她的室友，前一、两周才刚刚搬进来，听到她突然死亡，非常害怕与震惊。
一名与戴嘉艺熟识的中国女同学透露，戴嘉艺是密西根州立大学的大一新生，在到
密西根前，戴女原本在美国一所高中就读，对于戴嘉艺竟然好不容易进了大学，却还没

据路透社12月20日消息，美国通用汽车（GM）将在2017年1月暂时关闭在美国的五家装
配工厂，届时或将波及愈万名员工。这些工厂将关闭一至三周，目标是降低库存量并调
整需求。
11月份，通用曾宣布将裁减2000名员工，并且将暂停在俄亥俄州Lordstown和兰辛（
Lansing）格兰德河工厂第三个生产班次，而这一计划也将在一月份继续执行。
今年10月份，福特也曾宣称正在削减翼虎小型SUV和F150皮卡的产量，以应对美国市场
上汽车销售放缓的问题。

控宣告成立。
这名35岁的男子Carleous Clay来自于密西根州，他于2015年9月17日夜间闯入芝城郊区
Lansing地区一间房子肆意盗窃。
后来又再次回到该民居，与购物回家的53岁女房主遇到。
Clay一不作二不休直接绑架了女主人，并将其扔进她的汽车后箱里，驾车狂奔至印州，
用受害人的银行卡从自动取款机里取出140美元。
随后他驾车至一个僻静处的停车场，在车后座强奸了受害女性。
令人发指的是，他满足兽性之后直接卡晕了受害女性，然后用打火机及打火机液体试图
毁尸灭迹。
受害女性奇迹般的活了过来，但是留下了永久性的严重创伤，心理阴影巨大无比。
Clay在法庭上对于所有的指控均表示认罪，他可能面临终身监禁。
他还于2017年4月在看守所里攻击了一名女教官。
他找茬接近该女教官，随后在她的办公室里将她打翻在地，用她身上钥匙反锁办公室，
并挥舞小刀威胁要干掉她。

首先，笔者并不认为美国存在真正意义上的对华“友好”的政界和学界人物，以
及所谓的“中国人民的老朋友”，因为美国人的视野和观念本质上都深深植根于一种以
美国利益为核心的美国中心主义。因此，笔者需要首先澄清的是，本文讨论问题的前提
不是寻找和界定美国学者在政治上“亲华”的人物，也并不夸大这些人的作用，而仅仅
是从认知的角度指出和分析美国学界的中国观中存在的一条相对理智，客观，自省的脉
络。这条思路的存在说明，在认知领域，并非所有美国学者都因为视中国为敌而刻意扭
曲和污损中国的形象。在对中国的理解和阐释中，这部分相对理性和冷静的声音表达出
来的观念和视角既不是妖魔化中国，也不是一味吹捧中国，其理性的一面对于中国人重

今天安娜堡Chrisler Arena（达赖讲座大厅）附近成了红色的海洋，好久没有看到过这
么多中国人了， 气氛平和理性，非常多的美国人领取了资料， 或者驻足细看海报。
一个穿藏族服饰的女士载歌载歌（是我们这边的），大家齐唱爱国歌曲。 很多媒体来采访。 我相信，
作为中国人的抗议媒体歪曲、支持和平奥运的如此强烈声音， 美国应该已经注意到了。
还有我们的飞机， 拖着"Dala please stop attack Olympic Flames"久久盘旋， 下面掌声雷动.

LANSING, Mich. (AP) — A federal appeals court is temporarily staying its
declaration that Michigan's ban on affirmative action in college admissions
is unconstitutional after state Attorney General Bill Schuette appealed the
ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Schuette spokeswoman Joy Yearout said Friday the law remains in effect
unless the high court refuses to hear the appeal. If the Supreme Court takes

pass right-to-work legislation—the latest in a string of challenges to

The object: Target an innocent victim for no other reason than they are
there, then sucker punch him or her.
But on this day in Lansing, there would be no punch. The teen-age attacker
had a stun gun. He did not know his would-be victim was carrying a legally
concealed pistol.

These are GM's first layoffs in six years. About 1,200 workers in Lordstown,
Ohio (where Sheridan works) are getting the ax and another 800 in Lansing,
