房型：1 bed room 1bath room, Second floor。
Sublease：7/1 - 8/31内任意，当然是越早越好，如喜欢也可以续约住下去。
价格：$690/month(including cable $30，如果不想要，随时可以cancel掉)，水电空
调全包，房间里有Washer and Dryer. 还有At&T 3M ADSL 宽带。我急着想搬出去，所以有100的 cash rebate.
