LaoZhongs actually are among the most aggressive people in the world, just
that most of the elite LaoZhongs prefer to stay put in China because there'
re more opportunities there.
LaoYins are actually pretty easy to deal with at a personal level, cause a
lot of them are not very aggressive in the core when push comes to shove.
For example, there're unfortunately several passionate killers out of
LaoZhong community (not to mention the Koreans), but almost unheard of from

the effect is quite different (50%, maybe) for most LaoZhong. fsa: 25% + 7.
25(?), more money (5k vs 3k), no AGI limit, etc. I guess credit is much
better for low income family (lower tax rate is bad for fsa, and credit rate
(20%->35%) for lower AGI.
