只看南威学区好的，MNR到GCT，快车25-40分钟，Bronxville,
Scarsdale， Larchmont，Rye/Rye Brook,
LIRR到Penn，40分钟之内，同距离的好学区westchester比长岛便宜?

scarsdale，chappaqua, armonk，larchmont -- 这几个威郡的town木有一个便宜的
即使搬去CT，darien，new canaan 也稳居全美前十。。。
