我觉得这点很没有人情味。
BTW，这个第一次免LATE FEE是针对每张卡的，还是每个银行的？如果我的FREEDOM以后
转成CHASE的其它卡是不是还是会记住第一次WAIVER了？

先申明一下，我这次能够让lender替我remove掉已经上报三大局的late payment有侥幸
成分，并不一定有可复制性，纯粹看运气。信用分跌掉的50、60分都涨回来了。
1.事情起因是这样的：
年底回国了一个月。达拉斯机场入境后接到的第一个电话就是告诉我12月的车贷超过30
天没付了，1月的也当天就due了。于是立马通过电话付清，然后开始惴惴不安。果不其
然，第二天开始，citi identity monitor就开始陆陆续续推送了三大局的30 day late
payment alert。心里当时就凉了半截。一查credit karma的模拟分数，掉了50~70分
。心想完蛋。
2.略微镇定以后，在myFICO论坛上找到类似经历，发现还有补救。主要办法就是给
lender打电话/写信求情。因为这个事情确实是自己的过错，lender照理是没有责任撤
销已经上报的late payment的，甚至有客服会告诉你这样撤销是illegal的。但是，但

, 洗衣机,烘干机全都有了问题我们都给换新的了），之前有过一次晚交租的情况，那
次她月初跟我说她因为有了肿瘤做手术，disability付给她的钱没有及时到账，所以要
求晚一个星期付房租，我们同意了，没收late fee, 也没提late fee，但是租房合同上
是说的晚交3天就要收$50 late fee。
这个月，就是今天6号，她刚给我发了个email说今天先付一半的房租，星期四也就是9

It depends on the bank policy, which I doubt they would like to deteriorate
the relationship so quickly.

我boa有个卡，欠2000刀，因为很奇怪的原因（说起来很复杂）连续两个minimum
payment都晚了，给了两个late fee，最后一个late fee出来之后几天把minimum还上了
，打电话两个late fee都refund了。没关卡。不过没关卡。
信用分数最近降了20，不知道是最近连申了两张卡的缘故还是这个缘故。

在statement date之前），本来打算statement出来后再试试能否waive掉late fee。
惊奇的是，今天看到刚出来的statement，balance显示负2刀（citi只允许超额付款~10
%)，没有late fee，也没有收利息。
看来citi还比较人性，在这个amex卡转citi卡的第一个月系统自动给了通融，可能怕有
人没能及时收到新卡，帮助大家smoothly转到citi costco卡来。赞一下citi。
同样的Costco Amex biz卡，我很久前也有过一次late fee，不过amex也挺nice，后来
打电话就给waive掉了late fee和利息。也顺便补赞一下amex。 |

然后被收了俩月late fee，电话里立刻又schedule了一个payment。
被收interest就不说了，现在的问题是credit record咋办啊，感觉usbank会去report
了，电话问us的customer service也说不清楚，请问下usbank有啥电话可以打么，跟他
们求求情，别post这个late payment到credit record上去。

The person finally showed up (looked like a substitution)came in without any word of apology.
I twice requested dismissing my case based on the court's fault (judge being 45 minutes late), but did not get it from the substitution(?) judge.

of the credit companies give you at least one waiver per year, if you have a
good record and have been a good customer, they will most likely waive your
late fee. Be nice on the phone and just tell them you were out of town and
didn't see the bill, as soon as you see the bill you paid.
BTW, late fee is nothing, wait until you see the interest charge, which they
will never waive.

10月1日（周二），在网上缴房租的时候，在Account的地方填了Debit Card的卡号（应
该填Checking Account)。
10月4日（周五），钱被打回来了，继续尝试是否能重新网上缴。
10月6日（周日），发现没办法，写邮件给Agent。
10月7日（周一），Agent回邮件，说去办公室缴。
10月8日（周二），去Agent办公室重新网上缴费，发现房租被提高了75$，是Late fee。
这个事情从始至终我也没有任何意思想拖欠房租，结果就被罚款，所以觉得不太公平。
理由如下：
1. Agent之前没有教过我如何在网上交房租，作为中国人有一定的概率在填Account的
时候填上Debit Card的卡号，在国内好像都是这样的。
2. 在事情发生时，我都是以最快的方式通知Agent。
3. 我跟Agent解释的时候，他说他做不了主，说我可以发邮件给他的supervisor，结果
邮件石沉大海。
4. 洛杉矶的法律中说租房合同中就不应该包含Late fee，即使有的话，也可以说明情
况来Waive掉。

citi divident打电话说finance charge需要报上去批准，late fee当时就给免了
citi mastercard for restaurant打电话说finance charge马上免了，late fee要报上
去看，结果第二天登陆账号说被拒了，我必须要付这个late fee

信用局
可以打电话argue一下，如果是第一次且刚开卡没多久，客服nice的话一般能把你的

系统只知道发statement，晚付了也没email提醒，导致2个月后才发现没付钱。先是

我今天去旧租屋公司询问状况，

支票被退，
但可能因为交接，没人通知你，
你来电时询问时，也没被告知，后续也没被追踪！
但总得来说，12/22 那天要兑现支票，你存款不足，
