one month later)->850k(two months later)->pending(three months later).现在看
中的这个房子降价趋势是：900k->880k(two months later)->it is 10 days after
the price reduce now.我们的agent认为我的first offer (810k) is an insult to
the seller.建议我们等等那个pending的房子sold price出来。他认为这个seller看到
