简述版本:
TI先讲了网球、高尔夫、棒球的击球发力方式:利用躯干转动来蓄能,就像load
spring一样,然后再利用躯干带动肩、肩带动大臂、大臂带动小臂这样层层加速达到最
大击球力量的。说游泳也应该这样最大化划水力量。
下面这两段话讲了怎样利用转体的时候来“蓄能”,但是我在理解上还是有困难,不是
很明白和击球的转体相似在哪里了。
这段话是讲游泳时的:

前锯肌和背阔肌
游泳需要有力的肌肉,这里要讨论的是前锯肌和背阔肌。
前锯肌(Serratus anterior muscle),"近固定时,可使肩胛骨前伸,上回旋。拉肩
胛骨向前和紧贴胸廓,下部肌束使肩胛骨下角旋外,助臂上举。"
前锯肌对自由泳的一个重要作用就是稳定肩胛骨,虚弱的前锯肌会使肩胛骨下角离开胸
廓,影响肩部的转动,容易导致肩部受伤。
加强前锯肌力量的一个很好的练习是肩胛骨俯卧撑:

膊长也做不来,所以,pullup做得好,应该个子小胳膊短哈哈。但是看comments,特别

我感觉是向前catch的时候,我的背部有拉伸感, 然后高手肘pull的时候,我能感到我
的背部肩关节下的那个部位有紧张到,这种感觉对不对,我也不肯定。
还有不管你感觉到没有,其实都是有练到。我游泳前,后背就是皮包骨,可以数到排骨
那种,现在不一样了,有一点点肌肉了,我估计这是游泳的效果。 |

dorsi附近的部位。当然,游泳的“感觉”从来都不会靠谱的。还是没用上核心力量,
手比划了一下,划得太快。 |
