笔记本型号：Dell Latitude E6410 新买的，不到半年
电池应该是完好的，电池本身测电量的指示灯显示为充满，windows7下的电池状态显示
也是正常而且100%充满，但是现在只能用外接电源来启动和运行计算机，电池貌似完全
不给电脑供电（但是windows管理程序可以管理和检测电池），使用外接电源运行时，
一拔掉电源笔记本立马断电，不接外接电源则完全无法用电池启动笔记本，使用外接电
源可以正常启动
我的感觉就是电池完全不给电脑供电，怎么回事啊？或许是因为之前我曾经禁用过一些
我以为没用的管理进程，但是我重新开启那些进程，电池还是不给电脑供电，请问怎么
办？会是主板的问题吗？

lz想以GCM的水平精度为2度证明三峡面积小，在GCM中不足以产生影响。这有几个问题
1）首先你要承认GCM是准确无误的。三峡问题本事就是争议问题，有论文指出GCM可以
准确预测水利工程对气候的影响么？请给出出处。
2）GCM的用处。顾名思义，是对全球长时间气候做研究的，比如厄尔尼诺现象，看的是
时间跨度几十年的事。论据：GCM无法考虑火山爆发等现象对气候的短期影响（参见
wiki）。而三峡就是这样的事件。所以GCM无法对三峡的影响做判断。
3）最致命的，GCM的精度的确定标准是什么？lz的逻辑是，GCM的确定标准是达到这个
精度就足够了。但事实是，由于计算能力所限，只能在这个精度上进行建模。因为精度
加一倍，意味着计算量大4倍，成指数增长。所以这是个妥协。这完全不能证明这个精
度够了。而事实是，这个精度完全不够。我非专业，只能用wiki，引用如下。事实是，
现有模型HiGEM就比lz引用的数据精确多了（精度加一倍，计算量大4倍）。而作为用作
天气预测的模型，其精度比HiGEM还要高。所以lz引用数据错误，这是他最基本的论证

天用HP Probook和Dell Latitude这些商用好机器，无法由奢入简了。
还有我去年给美女学生家长推荐了国货联想笔记本Yoga 3 Pro，1300美元，我心里想贵
肯定好。结果学生家长说第一个星期就死了2次机，第二个星期就发现绞链松动，我说
