要4-5",看了半天只有半淘汰款型在27"左右...找啊找，恍然发现LG的后面凹下去2"，
还缺半个inch，赌一把算了，closet的门到内墙应该还有点空间，HD说装的时候塞不进
去可以直接退货，不扣钱，看sales很老实的样，刷卡！ |

漏水造成可能的霉菌，其中最严重的是laundary room，由于water heater漏过水，整
个地板以及墙壁半人高的位置内都可能有霉菌了。其它是厨房sink下有一些，卫生间洗
手台下有一些。浴缸是fiber glass的，出水头也漏，不知道会不会影响墙内。是砖墙。
想知道这种状况怎么办？合同里写银行卖房as it is，但是如果影响到mortgage的话银
行给修，有几个问题：
1）有霉菌估计银行的appraiser也能看到，会不会影响贷款,conventional的
2）如果不影响贷款，银行不修的话，自己处理会不会很麻烦 |

间内，寻找一男室友合住。
地点：Westgate Dr，Woburn, MA 01801 （请用Google map看是否满足你的需要，周围我目前也不熟）
价格：$600，utilities包括网费我全包，你不用管。你住那个bedroom，我住living
room，你有自己的closet。我们share kitchen和bathroom。
面积：那个卧室154 sq ft(=14'*11')。
其他：房子在apt complex内，由叫Hamlton的物业公司运营。具体我们的楼是两层，我

反正我和roommate都听不懂。说是住这里的。感觉好像是以前住在对门的。
我告诉她对门的已经搬走了。看她也没听懂，后来找出纸笔来给她比划了。
还是不走。
后来我在laundary room附近看到原来的邻居，告诉她们有人在门口等着。她们问我
是不是长得那样那样的我说是的是的，她们说是她们家的，drunk了，一会就过来
带走。
原来的邻居是被evicted的。违反了什么law之类的。
又过了几个小时，我一开门还在那里。看到门开了一直求我借bathroom用一下。
我犹豫了半天和roommate商量了心一软还是开门让进来用了。
还算正常没有呕吐什么的。但是站在我家门口不走了，让我帮忙叫taxi。
我说我不知道号码也没法叫，让她出去我要关门。她就是不走，估计酒也还没醒。
告诉我地址说她要回家要我叫taxi。
没办法，我只好打911了。正在跟警察mm说着的时候她走了。
警察问我那人是白人还是黄种人还是黑人，我不会分辨黄人和老墨。
原来那邻居家住了好几种人种

我的point就是，我们community东西丢了，除了确认不是大家扔掉的瓶罐，不想说具体
丢的是啥，也因为不是光一类东西在丢,室外的私人物品都有丢失。看到偷东西的背着
背包把偷的东西往里塞，也
进了laundry room了。我
没看到她在 laundry room偷什么塞到背包里，实事求是不乱说。只看到她从laundary
room拿了个衣架想用来打我（拍的照片就是挥舞衣架的照片）。然后看她走回了del
sol。也不是我事儿妈，报警是社区大家一致要求的。
也不是想讨论老人爱不爱捡东西这个topic
请各位就事论事，不做分析推理到底有没有贼到底偷哪儿什么的

你说的也是质疑和推理，比如看到她走回del sol（拿钥匙开大门，还是等别人开门进
去的，这是她是否居民的区别），所以大家也说说可能的其他情况，
我说了一句del sol没丢东西，是提了另一种可能性，没有拍砖的想法，你为什么要这
么生气呢？
