Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis furiously stormed out of the Serie A
draw. “I am ashamed to be Italian! I’m going back to cinema.”

家有一坛子糯米，新买的大蒸锅，以及湖北人，开始练习所有和糯米相关的东西。
其实蒸菜真的是简单好做，好吃，还相对健康，xdjms门都去买个好蒸锅吧，：）。
排骨按照自己的口味腌制12个小时以上，糯米泡上一晚，然后就排骨裹上糯米上锅蒸个
50分钟左右就好吃了。
ld总说要有荷叶排骨才香，我也没办法变出来，正好家门口的墨西哥超级市场里看到大
的新鲜的香蕉叶子就做代替了，感觉还是有点清香味道。
同理可以做珍珠丸子，都是非常容易做，可口而且饭肉都有的菜。
salmon cake + lemon-caper Greek yogurt dipping sauce：
偶尔换个口味做点西餐吃，完全来自Giada at home, 唯一变化的就是里面没有放sweet
corn,而是换到salad里面了。

橱柜里没有的东西就是caper了，买了一小罐子，闻起来挺香的，主要就是带来咸味。

Ingredients
*6 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
1 pound mascarpone cheese
1 1/2 cups strong espresso, cooled
2 teaspoons dark rum
24 packaged ladyfingers
1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate shavings, for garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, using an electric mixer with whisk attachment, beat egg
yolks and sugar until thick and pale, about 5 minutes. Add mascarpone cheese
