本人背景：
国内BSc，英国(非牛剑)3年PhD，毕业时仅一篇MCB，去过一次EMBL transcription and
chromatin conference做poster，除此之外啥都没有，非常平庸。
老板背景：
偶有N和S，经常Mol. Cell和EMBO。在自己的老本行是大牛，但是大概6、7年前对两个
新课题产生了兴趣(我的project属于新开始的之一)。综合算个中牛吧。

据美国《华尔街日报》网站1月23日报道，吴式琇所在医院的团队从食道癌患者身
上抽取血液，用高铁将血液送到一间实验室，该实验室使用Crispr-Cas9删除一段干扰
免疫系统抗癌能力的基因，从而改进抗病细胞，然后将这些细胞注回到患者体内，希望
重新编程的DNA能消灭癌症。相比之下，中国以外的首例Crispr人体试验还没开始。美
国宾夕法尼亚大学用了近两年时间来解决联邦机构等部门的要求，其中包括尽可能减小
患者风险的种种安全检查。
报道称，中国无疑是第一个将Crispr用于人体试验的国家，美国国家医学图书馆数

Brian De Palma 也算比较特别的导演，这片是70年代重要恐怖片之一，海报已看过N遍
了，电影确实不错。尽管我不喜欢看恐怖片，但是这个电影同时结合了校园暴力和宗教
狂热的元素，如同评论所言，在超现实主义的元素下，它仍然是现今最具现实意义的电
影悲剧之一。Palma据说是个执着探索影像的导演，我似乎只看过他的The Black
Dahlia，那个片比较糟糕。Carrie中高潮场面的分屏手法被一些人赞，我觉得一般，比
较喜欢的两场戏，一个是开始时女生浴室的长镜+慢镜的裸戏，再一个是Carrie 和
Tommy跳舞的那个加摇拍的近3分钟的长镜头，一气呵成，很美，演员的情绪也很流畅。
