纽约纽瓦克机场为吻别女友闯入禁区引起机场大乱的罗格斯大学28岁华裔研究生江海松
(Haisong Jiang)，8日晚被捕后已在深夜12时14分获释。
警方指控他“公然擅闯禁区”(defiant trespass)和处以500美元的罚款，他已接
到传票，应该于下周在纽瓦克市法院过堂，但日期未定。
艾萨克士郡(Essex County)地区检察官办公室发言人洛瑞奎特说，公然擅闯禁区是
“破坏公共秩序的个人轻微犯行”，未严重到移送联邦法院起诉，其最高刑罚为30天徒
刑。
但是，新泽西州国会民主党参议员劳登柏(Frank Lautenberg)不以为然，他期望联
