次都是lease 3年,就等于是每3年交一次bank acquisition fee。
2. lease车省不了税。尽管表面看上去lease一回你只交车子贬值那部分的税,但问题
是你这个lease term完了之后再lease下一辆车子的时候,还是要接着交对应的那辆车
子贬值部分的税。换句话说只要你用着车子,你就等于要交当月车子贬值的那部分钱的
税。更亏的是因为新车头几年贬值最厉害,所以你一直lease车子的话,就相当于一直
持续交最贬值数额的税。
3. 有一些州(比如说texas)法律还规定,无论是lease还是purchase,一律交整车的
税,所以在这些州lease显得很不划算。
4. 只有唯一一种情况你才要用lease:一辆新车你只想开两三年就换掉。其余所谓的“
省钱”“省事”之类的说法,只不过是因为个人直觉都知道自己的收入水平不应该采用
这种lavish的享乐消费方式,从而心理防御地想出这些理由来作为安慰而已。当然一些

而且10off msrp不是随便讲到的。 要well loaded才容易讲价.很多人7-8 off就买了。
综上两项 lease的成本就会变多,多到买更划算(长期的话)
当然,真正长期lease的人,得要年入半个million 有自己的business或者公司中高层
。不会在乎这么几个百分点的差异或者究竟买还是租划算。图的是个省心。反过来讲,
纠结这个问题的人不应该过常年lease的lavish lifestyle, dfbb一开就是十几年,更
