EB1B， REF很简单，问当前的工作做什么。
背景：自从进入HI－TECH已十多年，没有文章，汗。２０几篇文章，８０索引，１专利
，２本书，１０几个REVIEW， 这都是PHD时折腾出来的，从没想到会用到这。
本来是等EB２ PD DATE NOV＇２００８，可是看着PD DATE左右惚悠，没着落，公司
LAWER同意试EB１。还是EB１类有盼头，鼓励各位客官勇敢一下，这都说不准。USCIS没
几个懂你在说啥！。 |

工作以后就换H1B,近年10月1日 H1B visa 开始生效，我在10月6日去申请SSN，结果上
个星期收到回信说，移民局无法验证我的H1B visa信息，所以不能给我SSN。我怀疑我
的visa 状态没有换成H1B。
我这段时间一直呆在美国国内，没有出美国，我的visa状态会自动从TD换成H1B么？还
是我一定要离开美国再重新进入海关才行呢？今天给公司的lawer打电话，结果他也说
不是非常确定，他也要查一查。有谁知道的可以这里告诉我么？

card on 4/20/2013. However, her status is still "accpetance" (about 6 mo !!

lawer. 我NIW两年前投的时候，因为没有头绪自己写petition和Rf letters. 用了
Wenxuecity论坛里很多人推荐的一个law student. 虽然没遇到麻烦，也没觉得写的有
多好。网上长期潜水，感谢大蜜一直分享信息。每个人都有和别人不同的闪光点，感觉
你挖掘出充分证明就好了。我的文章不多，所以petition letter 就先写了
contribution， 自己感觉最强的要先给别人看。
8月底递的，实在不想等了。

ago and learned from that inquiry that my/my wife's cases had been pre-
adjudicated and all the checks (name checks, etc) had been completed.) The
funny thing is that I actually have scheduled an INFOPASS for tomorrow.
Apparently the INFOPASS is not needed any more.
My lawer told me a week ago that CIS had been working very hard. As he put
it, "they are as interested in approving the cases as you are in getting the

you in. I have seen people make all kind of mistakes at the speical case
room and get in eventually. Like student forget to get I-20 signed. Myself
only brought one copy of AP which suppose to be two copies and leave one
copy with them. They will question you at first ofcoz. But just be nice and
honest. |
