果你真的那么想让孩子学球，应该多作些调查研究。美国有很多优秀的教练，而且每年
两个月食远远不够地。
我们这地青少年选手，都有自己的教练，大多都是全美排名比较靠前地教练。而且有些
专门以训练青少年选手而著名。 |

有些知名教练，比如David Leadbetter, (Els, Wie's coach, 每小时收费 $15,000；
还有胡牧? )，Tiger's 简练， Hank Haney, 每小时收费$1500
我最不欣赏的就是David Leadbetter, 我都不能设想一个10＋ handicap的人能教好
golf。嗯，你们还不如听我的呢，我比他打得好；然后你可能会争论，打得好未必教得
好，打得不好的也未必教得不好.....嗯，自从有了人类时大家都明白这道理。Golf的
神奇之处就是你不到一定水平，你很真教不好比你水平高的人。嘿嘿，同意吗？
好吧，英语中有这么一句关于golf的常识，翻译出来就是，永远不要听取比你打得还差
的人的任何意见。Make senese?
我不appreciate David就是我认为他很多的教学方法是割裂golf swing的整体，颇有点
拆东墙补西墙的感觉，好吧，就是那种佯装有画龙点睛功效类型的教练。
他在golf digest的文章我从一般看看他有着flaw的swing图片，哈哈两句就翻过。

the reason he doesn't charge those pros is just win-win situation. why David
Leadbetter is famous? because he has a famous student Ernie Els. That's the
reason David has hundreds academies in the world.
It's kind of the same thing for Butch. |

上走进
密林后多处路段被水淹没了。绕路走入密林，结果走丢了。根本辨不清路径，根本找不
到方向。还好太阳在，加上老婆不畏密林险阻果断同意一直向着背对太阳的方向走，花
了半个多小时又回到了海岸线。他奶奶的，幸亏这是个三面环海的小半岛，无论如何也
会走得出来。看来以后再走rainier和Olympic NP的trail必须带着指南针和garmin的专
业GPS，加火柴。 |

ShenZhen. He is now training in FL with David Leadbetter's academy. He won 3
junior titles last summer and made cut in two asian tour events.(T11 in one of
them ).

really count. i would love to see one chinese names in contention on the big
tour - at least i will watch more golf on tv that way.
david leadbetter school has a lot of kids. remembered i watched a show on golf
channel a while ago about that school. the instructor was saying something
like only 1 or 2% of the kids there may have a future in pro golf.

video helps, but eventually you will want to take lessons from pro's, if you
want to improve your game. the good pro can look at your swing and in seconds
tell you what the most important thing you need to change to be better. you
can video your own swing but you will never be able to pin out the single most
important thing yourself.

职。
david leadbetter还力挺她，她的前coach说她基本上惨淡了，tiger woods说她赢一两
次后就能回到轨道上来 - 我认为wie 和woods都是nike旗下的，tiger才这样说。
Nike公司依然看好她 - 无论看不看好她，nike golf apparel都会因为wie卖出去些。 |

all free.
I watched many other videos, including David Leadbetter, Butch Harmon, Jim
Mclean, Ernie Els, etc. His videos by far make the most sense to me. |

ustom fit一套顶级杆，找三个顶级球场每人丢三打顶级球。这一趟下来我看每人收个2

baseball来球快，重。所以要求bat短，粗。后手要求力量大。没有golf swing的
release。
但是core swing是很像。
想想golf应该容易，躺哪里不动的。:)
关键是baseball swing几乎不用学，非常natural。
真正的GOLF SWING. 我觉得这是一个很好的方法体会转体,当然还有其他方法能够体会
以脊椎为轴进行转动. 这个方法是看着很好学,如果你认为你这样挥两下,两分钟后你也
能象David Leadbetter的击球那样好,就期望过高了. |

可能是我腰不稳吧, 我不用腕的话很容易blade, 但是被人说不要用腕太多.

---看到有节目里说要增加距离就要加大角度，所以头部保持在球的后方，起球角度大
，球
飞的又高又远。
距离增加主要取决于SWING SPEED & SQUARE IMPACT。用DRIVER开球的时候，球一般TEE
UP在左脚的内侧，头部在球的后部，所以如果是PURE ROTARY MOVEMENT的话，头部是
在球后部。至于BALL FLIGHT TRAJECTORY的话，取决DRIVER的LOFT ANGLE, FLEX OF
SHAFT和你的ATTACK ANGLE，我一般喜欢MID TRAJECTORY,高的话容易受风向的影响。
---可又有说触球时手要在球前，这样实际上缩小了杆面角度，球道低，飞得远。
这个是对IRON来说的，因为用铁杆击球的时候，球一般放在中间，所以手在球前。
----Hogen的书上图例倒是弯腿的，不过现代技术
认为转移重心不必靠两腿侧弯来完成，说那不科学，易受伤。
BEN HOGEN的挥杆是他特有的，不适合每个人，现代GOLF的挥杆改变很多，推荐HANK和
LEADBETTER的教学视频，是现代挥杆的代表。 |

Another unsure thing is whether I should do weight shift or
not. It seems that all
pitching starts with most weight on the left foot. After
that, some
instructions say keep the weight on the left for the rest
of the swing;
while others (like David Leadbetter) say weight transfer to
right then come
back to left like a regular swing. Personally I find it
easier to make
accurate shot with weight staying on the left. |

发帖数: 327 | 34 Lag是可以hold住的，但是如果swing时靠手臂启动，active holding是没效果的。Ben
Hogan说的它是下杆时下体主动，上体从动的自然结果。总之保持住了，就算hold住了
。Leadbetter也说是 active body， passive hands。
inbee park下杆下体动作幅度小，也有lag，Guan Tianlang则是典型的casting，但是
也能在augusta打出75。Lag产出的是swing speed和距离，但是lag有助于hitting down
，即有助于球轨迹和方向控制。

是胯主动转动，或者肩胯同时转动，都会造成上杆平面过平，下杆补偿造成outside-in。
留意一下左手大拇指的指向，Leadbetter说的很明白，上杆就是要体会，左手拇指画了
个圆弧线，从站位时指向地面的球到backswing顶部指向目标。如果你碰到墙，说明胯
转快了，左手拇指指向身后了。 |

close to specifically talking about this whole subject before. Even Hank
Haney, David Leadbetter, et al, have only skimmed the surface of this
subject. This however is scientific evidence of a Tempo pattern.
