我常用的海钓leader都是为了接braid线，leader的材质比较抗磨，knot strength比较
强，一般情况用mono leader，还有fluorocarbon的，贵点，但水下折射率接近1.33，
鱼看不见。
leader的长度大体就可以，如果用11尺海钓竿，一端接swivel后，用手指捏住swivel，
手臂展开，从手指到身体另一边的肩头，大体这么长就可以。
不用snap接，用barrel swivel，两端一端接leader，另一端接主线。
leader要常换，常检查，因为被岩石鱼牙磨过后力量下降很多，通常一换就整根换掉。
多备几根。一般海钓时候，我们包里都是放10几套leader吧。
海鱼leader shy的比较少，普通的mono leader就行。 |

这要看你钓啥鱼，多大，然后选leader和tippet，和你选鱼线差不多。这个号数（磅数
）和杆线的关系小一些，和目标鱼关系大一些。基本规则是tippet磅数总比leader小一
点。开始甚至不用tippet，等taped leader前端损耗一部分以后，再接上tippet，保持
整体leader的长度。
甚至都可以不买定制的taped leader，用普通软一点的level leader材料更或者mono的
就行！我现在都不用定制的taped leader,直接用软一点的mono线。 |

发帖数: 5042 | 7 所谓5：3：2，那是有的人自己制作类似于定制渐变leader的一个方法。还看到过更复
杂的，有的人6、7种线从大到小连接起来。如果这样做leader，加一段tippet来损耗也
可以，如果成本不高就不需要tippet勒。
我现在很少这样多种线连接了，连接越多，越容易出问题，特别是线材不高档的情况下
。除非使用较重的fly，需要这种渐变的leader来传递力量。我这样说不是否定连接型
的leader，世界上最好的渐变leader，也有连接型的，特殊leader材料，巨贵！很多顶
尖飞钓手使用。
Leader和tippet（磅数），取决于你目标鱼的大小，而不是fly rod的号数。种类吗，
可以使用较好的leader材料（CA卖的都是那种25m一盘的）、使用碳氟线甚至普通mono
线。
越软、越细、越没记忆、越结实，越好。哈哈 |

我小兵一个，工作一年半，会计。但是在组里基本算是元老了，因为之前的老人据说因
为政治斗争，或者不满意我的这个印度supervisor，都一个个走人了，我是新人，能忍
也算能干，就留下来工作至今，她虽然人很push，但是比起别的同事对我还算不错。我
后面来的几个员工也被她给变相吓跑了，现在手下的这批人基本都是刚来不到半年的。
可是后来我们这儿又来了一位和她一个级别的supervisor，是中国人，我这个巴基斯坦
头很愤愤不平，她本想一个人带我们这十个人，没曾想，管理层打算把我们再分成AB两
组，因此对中国人充满敌意，因为我也是中国人，所以受到不少牵连，跟我谈话多次，
要我不要跟她说话，不要解答任何问题，变态吧？我身处其中，的确很为难。之前还算
信任我，现在却有点怀疑我了。她上边的manager对我还好，因为她也是新来半年多，
期间一个挺重要的project算是我独立完成的，也算是给她打了漂亮的一仗，但是极少
沟通，原因在我，我不太善于主动跟老板们聊天。她主要找我就是干活，之前对我态度
还不错，二老板大老板都对我有好感。

20分钟，终于找到原材料。继续跟风给大家分享。（新开帖，以防大师删帖，嘿嘿）。
钢丝Leader，西海岸主要用于深海钓大鱼，特别是石斑、灵靠、哈里巴以及鲨鱼等牙齿
尖利的鱼种，也有人用它淡水钓pike，船长那里的大家伙应该比较合适。可以有效的防
止牙齿磨断、咬断leader。
材料比较简单：
1：钢丝Leader，多股，好像是200还是300磅来者（记不清了）。直径大约0.5毫米，有
一层透明的外包皮，很柔软。如果鱼不是很大，钢丝leader不好买，可以用吉他琴弦代
替。
2：金属固定夹筒，学名Leader sleeves，外直径1.5-2毫米，别看小，600磅的。比较便
宜，好像10几刀上百个的样子。第二张图可以看到它的金属层还是比较厚的。
斜口钳剪取合适长度的钢丝leader（根据鱼种），一头穿钩，一头做个loop（若想能够
换钩的话，可以加大磅数、高质量的8字环和圆环）。用钳子将sleeves夹紧，将钢丝固
定。图中我只穿了一下，100磅没问题。若想更结实，多穿一圈再夹即可。然后用热缩

有这种气质的人也并不一定是个Leader， 而且我觉得这种气质在很多时候对事情往往
有阻碍作用。
Leader就是在项目或者事业中，有能力把各方面的意见都听取了，分析了，平衡各个方
面的利益和意见，把项目完成，实现原来的目标。 这种Leader， EQ很高，在人群中
Social技能非常的好，头脑还特别聪明，有点子，知道要结合所有人的力气才能完成大
事，说话还有号召力。。。。。这才是Leader。
那种特别招朋友，然后一起去干坏事去犯法的气质我看没有任何意义啊。。。物以类聚
，人以群分的情况下，那种没有分析判别能力的Leader实在没有什么意义。。。 |

很白痴，明显没有认真review，
我也认识到自己的表达方式有问题，不够有信心，当时的意思本来想说让我先干一个
月，如果不行，还是有错误，我就退出，不想因为个人耽误组里的进度，只是说出来完
全变了样子，而且感觉完全是中国人的思维，如果再有一次机会，我也绝对不会这样回
答了，想干就痛快地答应。只是机会不是想来就能来的。
今天我那个同事跟我的supervisor讲了她和我聊天的事情，supervisor很紧张，问有没
有提起过这个leader是我拒绝的，我这个同事说没有，只是聊聊，感觉我最近有点压力
大。也许我的误答，恰恰中了她的意，不过正如楼上所说的，我可能的确没有准备好，
一两周前，她建议我投简历去另外一个组，他们正招人，只是我很清楚，那个组不是那
么简单就能进去的。虽然是为我好，可是或许恰恰是想把我支开。之前找我谈话的时候
，却说感觉我当leader以来，感觉我的压力很大，她不想我因此换到别的部门，所以如
果我不想做这个leader ,她会支持我。

我们这个单位只是个非营利机构，虽然不用担心下岗，但也整不了多少钱，成天光整事
儿了。说实话烦得很，而且我也不善于政治斗争，基本属于炮灰型的，基本能不斗就不
斗，能躲就躲，只想好好工作，这看来根本行不通。我这个supervisor就是想找自己人
做leader，这个我也能理解。
而且这件事情如楼上几位所说自己的确也有错。这个leader我想不是她的本意，宣布之
前从来没有给我讲过，她无意透漏给我的越南同事说，大老板和二老板想让我上，大老
板发信给各组通知的，这其中故事很多，大老板不太喜欢我这个头，太能制造事端。但
是目前还没有人能取代她。虽然我这个头在她最困难的时候，许诺我要让我上leader，
其实纯属为了让我不走，当时组里基本没有人，刚来的几个受不了，干了几天几个月就
走人的都有。我不走其实也不是因为想当leader，当时LD马上都要没有工作了，我必须
要保证有份工作。 但是后来种种事情，都让我很明白她更喜欢另外一个leader，而我
只是
忙活累活来了的首选而已了。

发帖数: 520 | 28 大家好，前一阵子在一个会议上和一个公司的project leader见了一次面，就是大概聊了一下；回学校后给他发了封邮件，同时也申请了以下他们组里的一个position；这个project leader看到我的简历后马上给我了一个phone interview,针对我的 background大概聊了20多分钟的样子吧；感觉聊得还算可以, 主要原因是因为我还要6个月才能毕业，不过他也说了，6个月以后他们组里估计还会有新的职位；我马上说我也可以考虑暑假结束后就可以去上班，但project leader说还要面试其他candidates再看看；
过了几个小时后，一个负责找人的说什么他的工作是coordinate with project leader(不知道是不是HR,但他自己说一点都不懂技术），也大概聊了一下：工资期待 + 为什么公司会要我 + 愿不愿意relocation + 为什么离开现在的地方。
完事后，说什么要我等待2个星期，再给我消息。 事后，我也没有给他发封thanks
letter，因为我压根就不知道这个人的邮件地址。

0X、1X leader,那是给三文鱼等大鱼预备的，大概也不会用到最细的leader，所以，断
杆在钓鱼中很少发生。#5fly line，具体能承受的拉力磅数不是很确定，大约在30磅左
右，远远高于leader。

暴力钓法，挂了直接把钩拉直拖回来。
不过因为本人懒，还是希望用leader直接挂Swivel上，这样换饵省事。
请问这种情况用FC线做leader好吗，多大磅数好，主攻大小嘴，因为其他比较大一点的
鱼也没上过（小鱼有专门的手杆）。
leader后面的环打什么结好？什么牌的FC比较好！
不用leader,直接用BARREL SNAP SWIVELS，影响大吗？
另外，reel大小影响抛杆距离吗？像我这样的湖边钓，1500，2000，2500那个最合适。

可以很好的防止有的lure(spoon)这一类的造成的线打转的情况，因为swivel两节是共
轴可以转的
用了swivel接子线也比较方便哈，可以打简单的improved clinch knot，palomar knot
leader对应你轮子上绕的那一大段线(主线)，是一般一节1'到3-4'的子线
你一般钓用leader无非几个目的，细线对应leader-shy fish，粗线防止有的鱼厉牙磨
线，有的主线很贵，用leader似乎也能省点消耗 |
