但是我最近刚听她妈妈说有问题的娃很可能跟饮食有关，要换食物。你有兴趣我把相关

基本理论就是娃有脾胃问题营养不上脑，不能正常排毒。肠漏的问题导致食物不能完全
消化就进血液，身体不认识就去攻击它。好像说有这种问题的娃一般都不止一个症状，
就是说好几个病
症都有。比如同时有autism和湿疹，或者同时有过敏和ADHD

讲话或者通电话？有些孩子很敏感。如果是这个原因再加上原来去犹太幼儿园进步很大
，有可能是孩子只是受不好的环境的影响。如果觉得这个有可能应该尽快送孩子上幼儿
园，哪怕是把将来的钱花掉。我个人是非常不赞同为将来省钱的。孩子如果现在就不好
，不够开心，那么现在就把将来的钱花掉送他去上幼儿园。让孩子现在就开心，要把握
住现在。
还有孩子过敏的问题，赶快验血
如果真的智力有问题多半是因为过敏导致，所以先把过敏原去掉孩子就会进步！还有，
我看你其它贴子提到给孩子早上吃鱼。海鲜要小心，过敏娃最好少吃。过敏娃比较合适
吃的是有机鸡肉和牛肉。

$300 + tax （在 costco.com 上买的），TYRO 的是 $250 + tax，
不是同一个价钱的东西。
初试的结果是 costco.com 上的 Suzuki Concertino 明显 outperform
costco local store 卖的 TYRO。
Suzuki Concertino Outperform 的地方是：
1. 音准上 more in tune 不少（TYRO 有个别音准差 20 cents，音区
的音准差别比较大一些，更多需要口型调整），我猜主要是由于
tone hole 的设计安排（这方面两个管子有明显差别）、以及
tone hole undercut 的处理。
2. 键子的配置手感明显好不少，特别是是八度键（这个可能比较主观一点）
3. upper joint 和 lower joint 的连接机构设计要好。（TYRO 的设计
形成一个角度，导致每次要仔细对上，才能保证上下的高度匹配，
否则担心会造成 timing leaki |

我们组研究的target基因就是在胚胎11.5～12.5天的时候死掉。即使是Tie2 Cre内皮特
异性的也是的。所以我们研究的成鼠是用的beta-actin Cre是inducible的，可惜我们
的flox做的不是特别好，有leaky现象，部分老鼠实际出生的时候已经有很大的ko了，
当然用药物诱导以后可以ko掉90%。

事实上是不可以。绝大部分tissue-specific promoter, 都不是极端专一的。
我们转到老鼠里的东西，常常是有leaky expression 的。
因为生物里面控制一个基因的表达，除了promoter之外，还有几个因素：
染色体结构，RNA 调控，还有蛋白降解调控。
所以生物工程中单纯的使用一个promoter, 几乎是不可能只表达在一个部位的，
尤其是对于植物细胞，因为植物细胞的分化没有动物细胞那么强，而且大部分
植物细胞都具有全能性。现在使用的Bt水稻，一般是只在叶子和杆里表达的，

是misfolded，然后被host降解了，所以没有看到inclusion body。
还是那句话，如果你需要的蛋白量不大(100-500 ug)，用leaky expression也许就够用
了，或者用GST载体表达，然后用protease切掉GST Tag。如果你需要的量比较大（>1
mg），你可能就需要做一些蛋白表达条件的优化，比如temperature, host, inducer
concentration, chaperones, tags etc.。 |
